See that the thing about them, they keep making the same mistake and never learn from it. Blocking and putting yourself on protected not going to make it stop. WE have no problem of them expressing them self against vic or vic supporters, its there behavior and action and how they represent them-self on the way they go at it.

If Funimation is run with even an iota of intelligence, what will happen is these voice actors who are responsible for getting them in this costly mess is they will find their roles dry up. They will continue with their current roles but won't get new ones. You don't keep employees around who get you dragged into a costly lawsuit. During the legal process, I would expect Funimation to stand by the voice actors to some extent as to mitigate their own liability. Then afterward they will be Kokinosed.

This puts Funi in a lose-lose situation. If Vic wins the case, they lose money. If Vic loses the case (soft-proving that Vic is a predator), they get knifed by Armzgurl and crew.

The irony behind this is that Funimation is owned by Sony, who has been practicing censorship in response to the SJW loonies. Look at their PS4 titles and censorship and their announcement to censor even harder on the PS5. Now they are being threatened by the very same loonies they are allied with. That's why you never work with these people, they are insane and will burn everything down, even their own.

I think it can make an impact, because the sheer volume of all of this nonsense piling up during discovery can have two impacts: no one wants to sit through hours after hours of powerpoint slide material and inquire what the defendants meant by every single Tweet they made. Second, it becomes more and more difficult to disprove malice when it continues to happen. These people should've stopped the moment they received service papers (well, it should've never happened to begin with, but eh, spergs will be spergs). Most importantly, they should have lawyered up, as Rackets had suggested, back then.
That in of itself is kind of a joke now. It helps when the ocean is a whale's native environment.
