Heroin, meth, & fentanyl (mostly the fentanyl) have Ohio all fucked up. It's horribly overprescribed and then when you cant get it from your doctor anymore or can't get enough from them, you just go hit the streets because it's mixed in everything. The only condition I know of where they go over 21 is congenital heart defects, because a lot of adult cardiologists don't know as much about them as the peds specialists do these days, since they are caught and fixed so early. I have heard of middle aged and elderly people going to see peds cards here for that.

A lot of pediatric subspecialties will continue seeing adults. Some of them are known entities Mary Frey even gets admitted to a peds ward when she is hospitalized, Jan's Paul went back to his pediatric GI doc after not being happy with the adult GI's he saw (apparently he was waisting away at 170 and they told he was not happy with the fact that they thought he was doing well.) Other than that I know that a lot of pediatric endocrinologists see kids with type 1 diabetes through college. I don't know a lot about most childhood illnesses but there is a big issue with young adults with chronic illnesses being "lost to follow up." so they are lenient on the issue and allow them to keep seeing doctors they have established trust with.

Some of those were likely caused by not eating without having to go so far as eat detergent. We've previously posted about POTS tests being passed due to ED, T wave can be caused by hypokalemia so probably due to ED again. It's probably harder to mess with the ischemia tests but could sometimes ischemia be anxiety related? If I'm reading that correctly she linked the T wave directly to ischemia and that directly to heart attack so she's gone straight to the extremes rather than more common side effects like dizziness or fainting.

I would also be interested in more info about Dr. Mama bear.

Inverted T-wave can indeed be caused by hypokalemia. And her ECG is an inverted flattened T-wave. This is very obviously hypokalemia.

Claimed things like that Mama Bear would push her around the hospital in a wheelchair going "vroom vroom!" like she was a kid, would stroke her hair and sing to her and let Jonzie sit in her lap. Meanwhile she would post texts from her actual mother making her sound like an abusive bitch for not coddling her in that way. Jonzie was sent to several eating disorder programs including The Emily Program but was always kicked out for non-compliance (and in the case of TEP for surreptitiously photographing and posting other patients without their consent) and bounced back to Mama Bear. Every time she ended up back in Cleveland she would immediately start playing sick again and downplaying her ED

Some anons who were former patients of Dr. Rome said that her relationship with Jonzie was odd and inappropriate. Then some people contacted her with the screencaps and Jonzie went on lockdown. Everyone kind of thought Rome had told her to fuck off but apparently not. The reason she came to LC's attention was she used to request child life services at her children's hospital even though she was 21 and post pictures of her playing with toy xylophones with a stack of disney movies they'd brought her on the table. She only ate food marketed for babies and children, wore children's clothing, etc. Even her surgical masks were printed with little teddies on them. I don't know if she still is so obsessed or if the heroin OD and arrest was a wakeup call that she was an adult and would be treated like one now.

It was the general consensus that Mama Bear didn't actually do any of that. Jonzie was just making up a fantasy. No way a doctor would literally hold a patient and stroke their hair till they fell asleep, or text them that they loved them, complete with heart emojis.

At least not that and keep their license.

Yeah I was always under the impression that Jonzie manufactured all the stories and texts, the same way Kadeelyn used to claim her doctor was doing "emotional hospice" with her.

(anecdotally my personal munchie stalker used to also claim she had a close personal relationship with her doctor and would send me supposed text messages from her doctor doting on her like a child. It's a really fucking weird thing they like to claim.)

I’m literally laughing out loud thinking about this girl going to the Children’s Hospital for a heroin overdose. Sadly, this probably has become more and more common.
