You do realize thats a shop, and the photo itself was taken AFTER the reduction and before she also lost weight. The reduction was done when she was 16, not because of any body issues, but because she was having trouble finding acting work having breasts that size at that age. Ironically after her reduction story no one hired her ever again. So she ended up marrying some producer years later.
