This one is a little bit confusing because he appears to be a latino man from miami pretending he isn't latino online, except he does appear to legally named "Seiji Ozuna", so possibly mixed? All other details add up as Seiji and Ken being the same person including photography, the fandom shit and relocation from Miami, FL to Chicago, IL. It appears that he also pretended to be "Ken Hau" on DeviantArt (archive)- different name, different fake asian, but the same background, interests, and links to a tumblr of the same username of his blogspot.

My guess is that they’re going to try and paint Nick as an agent of Vic and associate of Ty; in the strictest legal sense it’s a waste of time because I’m fairly certain Nick has been careful not to say anything actionable, but there may be some value in it if they can get some of his more severe statements admitted as a way to work the jury.

I’m betting BHBH has planned for this. A better use of Marchi’s time would be actually disproving defamation or limiting damages, (or settling honestly) but it may be all they have. That, and there’s enough personal beef that she, Ron and Monica may be pressuring their attornies.

The Oberlin case just had a jury award tens of millions of dollars for tortious interference and other claims similar to Vic’s.

And I’m not making any evaluation as to how likely it will be that they’ll get one, other than the fact that all but one of the parties so far has requested a jury trial. I’m only saying that if Marchi’s or Ron and Monic’s lawyers have a long term plan involving making Nick’s statements somehow relevant, it probably involves working the jury, although they could try it on the judge too.

I thought I'd be dismissed from the jury I sat on, but low and behold. Bad lawyers will let people through they probably shouldn't. Which, I suspect both Marchi and Funi are safe from this. It's MoRon that needs to worry, and everyone else BECAUSE of them..

Over 90% of cases are settled before trial. If there is a trial, though, it will almost certainly be a jury trial.
