This is frankly nonsense. The complaint includes numerous specific statements made on specific dates, sometimes even including screen shots of the allegedly defamatory statements. Have these people even read the complaint?

If so, are they deliberately lying about it?

Here's a sample page:

How do these not sufficiently identify the allegedly defamatory statements as required under Texas's notice pleading standards?

Are we even looking at the same document?
Think Mike was talking about the TI with Contract stuff not the defamation as far as the pleading goes.

He was talking about the tortious interference with prospective business relations depending on the existence of a separate wrongful act. That other act is defamation. He was very specific about that.

Right but the pleading only got brought up when he mentions TI With a Contract saying "there are too few details in the complaints" and then someone makes the notice pleading joke, then he says there are rules for pleadings. I mean with him saying the TI with prospective contracts dies with Vic losing could be talking about the TCPA working or just meaning Vic losing defamation in general.

And there are not too few details in the complaint with regard to defamation. There are very specific details, with times, dates, authors, locations of the statements, and the specific statements in question.

He was saying there are too few details in the pleading for TI with a Contract, not defamation. He just did a catch all lose thing for the defamation ,nothing specific, for the TI with Prospective Bus.

As for the TI with contract, it ought to be more specific as well. There's definitely well-pled defamation, though, and that's prerequisite for the TI with PBR, which by its very nature can't be pled with specificity, because if it could be, you'd specifically be pleading TI with an existing contract.

The existing contract would be with Kamehacon would be the only specific contract I know of where they could prove TI, and it would be hard to prove damages since they went back and actually honored their contract.

That's assuming they don't have evidence of TI associated with other cons dropping Vic. Ron's texts appear to demonstrate that the evidence likely exists (if he's right about Rial's agent speaking with other cons), but the question is whether Ty has that evidence.

Well, the question raised by Dunford is whether it should be in the pleading, and the answer may be yes. That's not at all the case with the TI with PBR though, nor is it remotely true for the defamation claims which are articulated at length with a good deal of specificity.

More from the mind of Ron. WTF would throwing jellybeans at Nick even matter for this case?

Can't wait yet he still is stalling and hiding.

Oh I'm sure he has your whole collection of nudes. Let that tummy roll.

I'm thoroughly confused by the nothingburger shit Soye thinks is evidence of... something.

Vic taking a picture with his own attorney and the guy who set up his GFM while at the same public event is something to send to Casey?

Nick mocking the jellybean incident, which he already does on his channel, is "great information" for their case (I'm generously assuming he means his future case against Nick, since that has nothing to do with Vic)?

What a waste of Casey's time. I hope he's wringing out every penny from this idiot.

I wouldn't be surprised BHBH has other sources of TI with an EC, also wouldn't be surprised they have had those Discord Chats for a few months now.

Is the suggestion that paragraph 19 could do with more specificity?
