Those screenshots posted earlier imply that Desmond’s sister grew up in California, so it’s possible that New York CPS isn’t aware that Wendy has had a kid taken away before. I’m not sure but I thought that states don’t have cross linked databases of these things.

If this is true I fucking knew it. I mean I've known enough people who have been subjects of abuse and this is the same shit a neglectful parent world do. No one has a reason to make this shit up. Just wait till Wendy finds this out and she starts spinning it as "I'm chuffed now and this is my chance to start fresh with a new kid." but knowing the radical left they don't look kindly on people who victimized women. It absolutely makes sense with Wendy starving her daughter, and now starving her son. Wendy projects herself on Desmond, and she wants to be thin and beautiful. Does that mean that she puts down her fork and hit the gym? Nah, it's easier to starve her kids and live through them.
I wonder what would happen one day if Desmond decides to just outright say in the middle of a live interview/show that he's being coached to say he's okay with everything and he just wants to play with other kids. I wouldn't put it past Wendy to beat the shit out of him. It wouldn't take much more than a slap with how sickly and thin Desmond is.
Would Dr.Phil be able to take this on? I generally wonder if people should ask him to look at this. He's not afraid to call out child abuse.

This is something that people following Schofields thread experienced for months. It seemed that there was no hope for the kids. It was incredibly frustrating and heart-wrenching. The parents claimed that they have friendly relationship with CPS, and all is just peachy while they abused their children and posted videos of their abuse on YouTube.
If it will make you feel better: Susan Schofield finally got their kids taken away. The situation was totally different of course, as Schofield's children have a father who was concerned with their situation. Here both parents are on the same page.
I still hope that sister could get more involved and save Desmond. She knows a lot it seems, and she has receipts of previous abuse. She might really be of help, I hope.
Her being raised in Cali would somewhat explain the situation. Usually ACS interviews all members of the family. I have no idea if she was already estranged when the investigation happened.
