Clownfish TV took a look into the Glassdoor Reviews of Rooster Teeth and Crunchyroll:

Glassdoor Review of Crunchyroll:

I knew that keeping an eye on Rooster Teeth's Glassdoor Reviews might yield some interesting tidbits, but I did not even think to check Crunchyroll.

Saw this on RT's Glassdoor. Every single person that fired Vic or cut off contracts has this in common: poor management and a certain upper managment probably mean girls club. I really feel bad for Vic as he's way too good to be doing dub voices for cartoons and having to deal with all these terrible people. I know he loves doing it and it means the world to him, but I wouldn't want to be anywhere near this toxic wasteland of people. Are there many good people? Yes. But yuck to the number of snakes in the upper parts. I know it won't, but I really hope this lawsuit helps people clean up their acts and start acting more like a business and not some click group.

This is where I pull my 🤔 face around this since the only complains I have heard so far about inside the company with some credibility came from the former creator of Nomad of Nowhere as he heavily criticized the crunching within their productions. Glassdoor isn't exactly the most trustworthy site when it comes to reviews of companies, taking them with a grain of salt. However, I do want to see if they get dragged into the lawsuit with Miles, and Shannon's bs, and perhaps we might get a better idea of the validity of these reviews.

So, neither Rekieta nor Cohen are TX lawyers, yet Rekeita is in regular correspondence with a TX lawyer or several that are actually participating in the lawsuit at hand, and Rekieta has-- AFAIK-- offered to talk with Cohen about the case... yet Cohen has the gall to try to expound on TX law without even prefacing that like everyone who isn't BHBH in this controversy, he's not a TX lawyer... and he has the gall to do this on Twitter, where he has to break his analysis apart into several "ain't nobody got time for that"s when he could have just typed it up into a text processor, snipped the window, and posted that.

He should have engaged Rekieta with the substance of his short essay instead of talking into the air, because not only has he already admitted to not being aware of the substance of the case, there's clear reason as to why Rekieta would say that Toye acted as an agent of Funimation, and even if he was wrong, the volumes of reasoning on both sides warrants at least a small debate on the matter.

Bringing in the feels feels bills yall! (I'm sorry)

Yeah. There were a couple of quotes from Vic that really got to me in that one.

One, when someone asked him to do the "Mustang is dead sexy... in a Miniskirt!" line, and he said "This is amazing. I'm nearly destroyed, and people keep asking me to say that line." Emphasis on the destroyed is me, Vic just kind of brushed over it, but damn.

The other was he spotlighted a superfan that had gone to his table at least three times, and he asked her "Why are you so kind to me?" And the man just sounded broken.

Let’s also mention that Nick grew up in Texas and learned about the law in Texas. He is not a Texas Lawyer. But he has a much greater familiarity with the nuances of Texas law than an arrogant elitist from New York City. There is literally nothing worse than a New York Lawyer. They steadfastly and arrogantly refuse to believe that there is any Law other than New York’s, and seemingly feel that the Supremacy Clause means New York Law is legally and morally superior to everything else across the nation. It’s truly appalling how condescending they generally are about other states. Even when they deem themselves to examine a foreign law, such as Cohen is doing here, they apply New York jurisprudence and analysis to it. Cohen’s arguments regarding agency might make some sense in the twisted logical mazes on which New York’s legal system is sadly bound. But many states tend to take a more straightforward and common sense approach to such things. Cohen would likely get laughed out of a Texas courthouse for not having an ounce of god given common sense. A fist fight might be involved.

IIRC Didn't Ty Beard mention he lost a few teeth from fist fights? These sideline lawyers seem to take speculation to the extreme because there is no repercussion if they get it wrong. Could be why their stances are so extreme, there's no client they need to soften the blow for if they lose.

(No longer muted, yay.)

I dub this plot arc: My Cousin Vicky!

I don't know if a fistfight actually happened, but Ty did threaten missing teeth out in the parking lot at least once.

I’ll be honest, in my opinion Cohen is a fucking snake even by New York standards. He openly brags about muting any and all criticism; that alone robs him of any credibility in my eyes. Saying someone should be disbarred because they disagree with you on the law is fucking stupid, and to claim they committed a felony based on a disingenuous misinterpretation of their words is ambulance chaser-tier douchbaggery. It’s no surprise this guy works in IP litigation - he’s exactly the kind of insufferable prick who gives the legal reputation a bad rap. Absolute scum of the earth.

This faggot claims he wasn't in the leaked server, I'd ask him about this myself and tell him he's full of it, but I feel an unnatural repulsion against weebs and dragonball spergs.

Ty has also mentioned on several occasions his philosophy on bringing back dueling as a method of resolving disputes because it would clean up the legal system in a heartbeat by cutting out 99.9% of the instances when a dispute is caused by someone being nothing more than a glib, chicken-shit, faggot. When those type of people are forced to reckon the consequences of running their mouths they almost always fold (a polar opposite of what these people do online which is double down).

I'm not saying that I necessarily agree or disagree, just that Texas and New York mindsets are so different, they might as well be different countries. Someone like Cohen thinks he's being perfectly reasonable but everyone outside of New York and especially people from Texas think's he's being a little bitch with his attitude. Same goes for basic bitch Doucette who can't talk like a man when called out to settle it one-on-one with a quick phone call, he has to hide behind his keyboard and live on twitter for the past week.

New tweet

Also an archive that doesn't crap itself full of YIKES from the boycottanimematsuri actions.

Funny how they claim they've made a difference in the attendance. AM seems to have only exploded since BAM's Twitter and Facebook accounts were created around Jan 2018. In fact, even when they were brigading at their peak in 2018, AM reached their all-time high. I expect this year's number to be even bigger.

Edit: Look at the female attendance in 2018.

Look like a respond to why he was kickout of the discord group, so he was anti-feminist and gross... assuming it mean it just had a different opinion then them and just kick him out for it.
Pepper here also openly admits that they also exchanged plans with each other via Twitter DMs as well prior to the Discord server, so there's probably even more shit hidden in Twitter's database for their accounts.

It's sad but true. I'm assuming it's going to be the same with that Oberlin Bakery, sure they won that lawsuit $$ but there is no way they can to go back to the way things were before. That particular store is probably not going to survive, the student body either still believes they're racist or are afraid of shopping there due to peer pressure and the same with the local community. I bet you they eventually close or relocate the bakery. At least they have have the $$ to move and cleared their family name publicly.

Vic.. probably won't be the prolific VA he used to, even if he wins. The true believers in the industry will still believe he is guilty and many employers will have to decide if hiring Vic is worth the "trouble" and potential backlash. Thankfully people like Nick are trying to fix that somewhat.
