All I've been able to find is that they can't castrate them. I'm sure someone else with a better grasp of Alabama and its law system would know more than I would.

Not well acquainted with AL law, but heres some relevant info
13A-6-70:

"(c) A person is deemed incapable of consent if he is: (1) Less than 16 years old…"

13A-6-67:

"(a) A person commits the crime of sexual abuse in the second degree if: …
(2) He, being 19 years old or older, subjects another person to sexual contact who is less than 16 years old, but more than 12 years old."

13A-6-62:

"(a) A person commits the crime of rape in the second degree if:…
(1) Being 16 years old or older, he or she engages in sexual intercourse with a member of the opposite sex less than 16 and more than 12 years old; provided, however, the actor is at least two years older than the member of the opposite sex."
It should be noted that if convicted she'll be on the Sex Offender Registry for life regardless of time served.

I think what bothers me the most about Mumkey's reaction is his amorality.

It really explains why he had no shame or trouble admitting what he did. IMHO, for him, this is kind of a "meme" and it's just "his turn" to be made fun off and he just needs to "take the joke" to let this go,

Notice he didn't show any regret for his actions or admitted being wrong nor he talked about how he felt sorry for hurting his girlfriend. He was just like "You got me. I guess It's my turn to be made fun off. Knock yourself out, guys."

I mean I could be wrong, but that's the impression I'm getting here.

Mumkey been online long enough to know if you go along with the drama and not fight back it will eventually blow over and people forget about it in time.

If he fights back it only prolongs and ensures this incident becomes a known part of him that he will never escape from.
