It's like she's even ignoring her own supporters when they say that the "burden of proof is on the claimants". Almost like she got word from her attorney (or La Choy) that she might need to actually prove her statements with something to convince a conservative judge and a Tarrant County jury other than constantly re-iterating that Vic has to prove a negative and giving off her story of Vic, which I might add, I think Casey didn't even put in their response to Vic's lawsuit.
Because, I mean, if the burden of proof is on the plaintiff (Vic), why are the defendants (La Choy and Rial) trying to gather 50+ hours of evidence of Vic glomping and doing other essentially harmless acts? There'd be no point in that because in the end, Vic still has the burden of proof.
And, wasn't discovery supposed to happen on the 10th of June? So, Ty and them already have this stuff, don't they? Or am I mistaken?
Something tells me that they heavily rely on this Sony investigation to clear the air, along with John Volney.
They had nearly three whole months to post the "evidence" they had, and instead sperged the fuck out on the internet. They knew they were going to be served before they were served, and didn't post what they had before then. Now, they use this as an excuse for why they can't release the evidence, when they didn't have that excuse in February, March and the first half of April.
I really want to see them justify this towards the Tarrant County judge.
