Trump Derangement Syndrome - Orange man bad. Read the OP! (ᴛʜɪs ᴛʜʀᴇᴀᴅ ɪs ʟɪᴋᴇ ᴋɪᴡɪ ғᴀʀᴍs ʀᴇᴠɪᴇᴡs ɴᴏᴡ) 🗿🗿🗿🗿

I wish I knew why Twitter was in fucking Basque today. What the fuck is Basque even, I've never even heard of this country or language and I don't have a Twitter account so I can't even go into my language settings to make it stop. Also more judges.
- Basque is a language spoken in northeast Spain/southwest France.
- It is unrelated to every other language, making it the only language isolate in Europe.
- Along with Arabic, it is the source of the most non-Latin or Greek words in the Spanish language, the most common being izquierdo ("left").
- The largest Basque community in the United States is in Boise, Idaho.

People think Bernie would beat Trump because Bernie's populism would cancel out Trump's populism and Trump wouldn't have that to distract from his ethno-nationalist stuff. Not to mention the notion, given how Trump was already "in for a dime, in for a dollar" style race baiting stuff, that Trump would feel pressure to make a huge deal out of Bernie being Jewish, which could have done what the "Grab Them By The Pussy" couldn't do and actually kill Trump's campaign and forced the GOP to pull an audible and basically subbed someone else into the race at the last minute. And that even if Trump refused and drew the line at refusing to engage in antisemetism, that it would have schismed his base who would demand Trump denounce Bernie for being Jewish and cost him enough votes from his base to allow Bernie to win.

As it stands, these people feel Hillary was so much a globalist shill that had Bernie won, he would have decimated Trump by being a legit alternative to Trump in terms of populist vs populist showdown. And that those who basically held their nose and voted for Trump, would have gone for Bernie if they had another option that wasn't Hillary and the status quo.
>donald trump
>ethno nationalist

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

We gave you and your buddy eight years to fix that "broken immigration system" and nothing changed. Why would we vote you in for another four?
I would like to remind Joe that because Obama signed DACA, illegal immigrants who won’t be deported still can’t get citizenship. And as a reminder, Obama has more deportations than any other president.

One of my acquaintances voted for Trump in 2016 purely on the basis that Trump had promised to stack the courts. I thought he was an idiot then. How should I have known that the reality TV star would be the only politician who suddenly decides to actually keep his campaign promises?

That's not an isolated incident. There's been a small but vocal group on the right that's been pushing for hardcore focus on the courts, particularly since 2004 when it became clear the Democrats weren't interested in passing their agenda through legislation, but through court cases. A significant number of nose-holding Trump voters in mainstream conservatism listed the courts as the most important thing in their 2016 voting.

In fact, if this reporting is correct that number gets as high as 25% voted for Trump specifically for court appointments. I suspect Trump knows this, and as the 2020 cycle kicks into high gear, he's going to start emphasizing his record on appointments even more strongly.

The locals call them "high-altitude Mexicans", and they are respected as hard workers.

The ones who only went to public schools are okay. It's the ones who went to college for Sociology, Gender Studies and all that other bullshit who are the problem. They go in believing there are two genders and come out believing there are thousands.

The ten dumbest people I've ever met all have college degrees.

I have met dumb people. Which is fine, we aren't born knowing everything and you've got to learn sometime.

But I never met anyone who DELIGHTED in their ignorance as a soft-degree College Professor. Didn't know, didn't want to know, didn't even want to learn something that would make them better at their job, because god forbid they learn something outside of their lane. A few of them even bragged about it, took it as a sign of pride they were completely useless outside of their degree.

Secretarial staff and hard sciences loved learning new skills, but the language, some history, and the "X-studies" professors had a dislike of learning anything beyond their field. And while it wasn't all of them, it was enough I no longer have any default respect for college professors.

Being useless at normal people jobs is a classic aristocrat flex. That’s what you get when someone has no job performance demands and can’t be fired: an aristocrat.

It’s funny when the aristocrat LARPs a woke communist.

Well who'd be dumb enough to believe that resources are endless and that Communism is capable of working than someone born and raised as an aristocrat?

Notice the term "immigrants" and not "illegal immigrants".

Notice how Biden is pretending that enforcing immigration law is cruel and "un-American".

This is deliberate emotional manipulation.

Expect to see the term "un-American" get thrown around a lot by neoliberals, pseudo-progressives, "democratic" socialists, and other leftists as the race to 2020 heats up.

Western education is probably the greatest contributor to dunning kruger syndrome in human history. Dunning kruger tends to affect people who acquire a taste of knowledge and are just barely past the beginner stage. This is pretty much where our education system drops people off. Now every idiot thinks they're an expert on things they have no practical experience in because they can regurgitate something someone else told them.

To be fair though nothing prevents them from going and learning these things on their own. You don't need a classroom or a teacher to learn if you care enough. Especially in the era of the internet, which is why every time I see that complaint that someone's knows some random science fact but doesn't know some bit of basic civics or finances it really bugs since they're posting it on the fucking internet.

And that's the real problem they don't really care, they just want validation and the next new shiny toy and ultimately they only have themselves to blame.
I mean you're not wrong...

but part of the problem is that you don't know, what you don't know. Imagine the kids are standing in the library from Beauty & The Beast (only it's even larger). Which book do they pick up? Which book is important? How does this relate to everything else? That's what culture is all about - these are our stories, these are the parts of history that matter to us - and the why of both.

You know, what's what schooling USED to be for. "Learn this and it will help you learn other things."

Something else that I've talked about with a college professor friend is that kids these days are just plain incurious. He talks about regularly how if they don't already know it, then it's not important to know and they don't need to know it.

All these combinations mean that blaming just themselves is like blaming a cripple for not running a marathon. Sure they totally could, but it would be a lot easier on them if they had help and guidance.

Holy fucking shit, if this isn't proof of the horseshoe theory I have no Idea what is.

It's good to know that once I kill all humans, I'll still be eligible for sainthood.

EDIT: Heh, that was an actual joke in this sketch from last year.

The left is going to make denying the holocaust the PC thing to do.

First it will be Hitler really wasn't that bad

Then it will be "ya know the germans received unfair blame"

Soon it becomes "those "death camps" had swimming pools and other amenities while trump is still keeping babies in cages"

Then it goes to "America was spreading lies and falsehoods about Hitler"

Then it's "the holocaust was seriously overblown due to America's interference"

Then they question the justification of israel being a direct aftermath in the wake of the holocaust

After that it's Palestine would still be free if America didn't spread lies about the Holocaust in order to play on people's sympathies as a form of emotional imperialism.

Finally it's the Holocaust did not happen and was an American Imperialist Trick.

Is anyone else's nipples erect right now?
