I can't even fathom the universe this person is trying to illustrate. Baby is born. Ultimately he finds a lovely person who identifies as female and has a feminine penis. They attempt to have children, but it doesn't work. This is because his partner was born with a feminine penis, but that doesn't matter because sex is a construct, so they just say he's "infertile." They go to a fertility clinic, and the nurse gives his wife random sugar pills in an attempt to get her to shut up and go home affirms his wife's gender and wastes $10,000 trying to help them get her pregnant.
And then rocks fall and everyone dies.

This is the logical conclusion if you follow troon cult thinking all the way through though. If you deviate from the basic initial premise that male and female refer to actual, real reproductive roles, and can't change (and you can't be born the wrong one) then ultimately nothing means anything. That's why I don't give troons any lenience, including "rational" transmedicalists. If a male can be female then those words mean nothing or have multiple contradictory definitions. Eventually they extend this autistic bullshittery to calling physical reality a social construct. In that case, you're transing from one construct to another. So then trans means nothing.

These mentally ill people are so caught up in their gendies that they forget why male and female even exist at all, for reproduction. They're saying reproduction (the reason biological sex exists) is a social construct. Imagine being this insane. I guess birth control doesn't matter any more because if the man IDs as a MTF, his feminine sperm is rendered useless.

Using infertile women to "prove" sex is a social construct and that its primary purpouse isn't reproduction is one of the most idiotic troon talking points I've seen thrown around. Just because some women (and men) have defects preventing their sex charachteristics from fulfiling their purpouse doesn't mean that purpouse doesn't exist. Imagine using parapleagics to "prove" the primary purpouse of legs isn't locomotion and that the way legs work is a social construct. That's esentially what you're doing here.

A female is still a female even if her reproductive organs are defunct because her primary and secondary sex characteristics are biologicaly determined by their purpouse- reproduction- even if that purpouse can't be fulfilled. Bringing up menopause is just straight up retarded on your part since menopause is a natural part of the female reproductory cycle determined by, you guessed it, sex.

And before you try to bring intersex people into this: they are an incredibly rare exeption to the well established rule of sex dimorphism in humans. Their existance doesn't prove anything just like the existance of people born with six finger doesn't prove the optimal and standard number of fingers for humans isn't five.
