So has these been posted here yet?

Continuing to lie and shoot herself in the face and play victim. Was better off just not saying anything about it. Especially when you're caught red handed trying to sabotage South Carolina Comic Con. Which by the way, needs to be investigated. Gonna need to see if they did anything on social media about it.

BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle is that way sir.
Was a game with potential but certain broken characters made the game stagnant before arcsys did anything about it.

My personal suspicion is that, today, or in the near future, we'll see a Motion to Compel from Ty, and a Motion for Sanctions.
I'm missing something, if BHBH were to motion to compel, what would that motion be for? As far as I know they are on schedule for depos.

And the story mode sucked.

But I should've expected less I suppose...

It would be to get the rest of the information that was supposed to come out with the interrogatories. It has nothing to do with the deposition at this point, as those are still going to happen whether they comply with the interrogatories or not.

At this point there should really be a drinking game whenever KickVic mentions "Vic Stans". I think I have a better chance surviving on drinking a full keg of beer in one go.

Too bad the Drink emote has been removed. *sigh*

EDIT: Wait what how come @Army Burger can use this reeeeee

I thought maybe the bonus material was the interrogatory response? Or was I wrong?

Is anyone watching PACER or whatever that site is called for papers filed today?

No, he said he's had that document for a little while now. He was waiting for something to drop, whatever that may be. The answer to the interrogatories has technically been a matter of public record since like June 10th or something like that.

They literally refused to hand over the documents in discovery, blatantly lied about it, tried to trick Nick into reading defamatory tweets on the air by attaching them as documents, and in at least one request, their answer was a highly legalese version of "fucking google it, nerd." Basically, they're being SUPREME idiots in front of the judge and trying to blackmail the court into giving them a confidentiality agreement that they previously fought tooth and nail -- and Casey lied to the judge's face -- about opposing.

Ahhh gotcha.. thanks for the clarification

Yeah, they'll almost certainly want proper answers to the interrogatories prior to the depositions.

I have one tiny fear, though, and that's the fact that BHBH did argue for a confidentiality agreement for the exact reason that Casey currently is. Turning it down is going to make them look silly to the KV social media crowd, despite how little we actually care about them. On the plus side, though, there could be real punishment for MoRonica and Casey for pulling this stunt, in which case it's still a win, really. My only concern is that it does give them a tiny win in the realm of public opinion, but, in the end, their opinions are worth squat. Another option is actually respecting that agreement but also asking for punishment for the rule breaking. This is a double win for Vic, technically, although we do obviously want the case as public as we can get it.

He's definitely making an argument in which he's confusing "For the Fans" with what he's trying to say, "For the Lying Accusers"

What kickvic thinks means zero, they'll twist anything to hate Vic and BHBH anyway. But I'm wondering if the judge is going to be annoyed if it looks like BHBH is being given what they want and rejecting it. I hope it's brought up that Ty plainly said they only wanted the confidentiality if they didn't get to depose MoRon in a timely manner.

Wait, if they've had them since the 10th, how were they 1 day late a few days ago? Or was BHBH giving them the absolute max time to come to their senses?

The judge did seem like the type to go "isn't that exactly what they wanted? Yes? Ok, then why shouldn't we just do it for both sides and be done with it?"

At the same time, I really do feel (hope) that the judge is upset at this stunt, because I've NEVER seen a lawyer literally blackmail the court in a response like this.
