I hope Shane knows or at least understands that one reason why the lawsuit hasn't been moving along yet is Casey's fuckery to block the lawsuit while the other 2 had a 'delay' for the files to drop.Even Shane doesn't know why the evidence he said was coming a month ago hasn't come out yet.

Everyone wants this to hurry up and end but it can only keep on moving forwards if the defendants side stops filing motions and preventing discovery and answers to the interrogators.

Did you guys miss out on Shane's Q&A when he first showed up here? It was pretty informative.
He knew his young bride when she was even younger, was friends with her Dad, and she was a young single mother. Shane also said that he was hesitant to marry her, but her father talked him into it all friendly like.
Considering what @Not A Bug told us later, I don't actually believe that last bit.

I think the panic is starting to set in for a lot of these people. The lack of cooperation from the defendants paired with those logs between Ty and Casey are really damning. MoRon was hyping up being able to destroy the plaintiffs with a "binder o' women" ready to testify, with discovery being a literal nothing to them. They literally refused to backpedal and just leaned harder and harder into what seems to be a total bluff. If they had definitive proof to submit besides an i09 article and other nothings, we'd be done. But they're still there, still accumalating fees, and struggling to delay discovery as long as possible, well past a lenient deadline. Wasn't this "When the truth comes out

Yeah any newbies should definitely go back and read those posts. It was quite informative on how many common predatory behaviors and paedophillic excuses Shame admitted too. If you were making a list, Shame probably hit 6 or 7 out of the top 10.
