He probably does not even actually care. He's most likely just seen all the praise/ free shit/ fans/potential clientele Ty has gotten from defending Vic (things lawers usually don't get) and he's just trying to be kickvicks own version of "the beard" hoping he'll get lavished with all of the same things by these "popular" (and his his mind probably loaded and in need of a lawer) VAs
Of course, you really think a Jewish lawyer is going to do anything for free and out of the goodness of his heart?

I'm sick of these stupid lawyer hot-takes. Way back when I thought it would be interesting to see other lawyer perspectives, and had some trepidation about what might happen if some disagreed, but this is just a pack of morons trying to flex their law degree without putting in the basic amount of effort required to see what a clown show Kickvic's side of this is (or don't care, because they're so desperate for attention they just want to say what gets them back pats). None of their hot-takes even matter, because they can't intimidate Vic into not filing anymore, and the judge doesn't read twitter.

They're so boring, too. They're not even entertaining in their hot takes, it's just 'Hey guys! Here's an incorrectly cited law! Trust me, random lawyer on youtube who's not even from Texas, not the lawfirm who's on this case and practices almost exclusively in Texas." At least Beard is slowly degrading into animu, and Nick goes on drunken rants of rage.

Dude is a moron, it applies to the entirety of the pleading to begin with and he is blatantly just focusing on the "piece of shit" line, and you have to be lying in the first place. Calling someone a piece of shit is defamatory, maybe it isn't actionable defamation but they didn't lie about it being defamatory.

That's not even the crux of the tweet. That particular tweet called him a piece of shit criminal, and in the context of several other tweets strongly implies that he's been been found guilty and convicted of some of the other crimes that he's accused of committing.

Is this additional bit about it being literally impossible to be a piece of shit a bit tongue-in-cheek, sure, but I wouldn't be surprised that after going through several hundred tweets the person writing all of that up is getting tired of doing it. Also, if someone didn't add that, they'd just latch on to the fact that it wasn't included: "So you say it's defamatory to call Vic a criminal, but it's not defamatory to call him a piece of shit?"

It's cherry picking a small part after cherry picking an even smaller part of the whole. If that's the best they can do, I think it just shows you how screwed they are. But you shouldn't let them frame the discussion on their terms like that. If they want to point at that, point at the other 399 tweets. They don't want anyone looking at those, hence the distraction.

The quickest way for somebody to make me hate them is to use "Stan" to refer to a fan outside of K Pop context. He really doesn't get it either as the rest of their type won't, or maybe they do get it and they're afraid. It's not, and has never been about Vic himself, Vic is just a symbol of false accusations and career killing culture that has come out of Left-wing politics becoming more mainstream along with outrage culture.

It's always been about standing up to these bullies and showing them that they can't remove people at will from their livelihood and fame because they'll never stop as long as they feel they can get away with it. It has nothing to do with wanting to protect people or stopping a predator, it has everything to do with people enjoying feeling powerful.

Hey Bryan, do remember that it wasn't ISWV that faked a swatting. Or trashed a convention. Or got the goddamn FBI involved with a fake bomb threat.

So you're saying Cohen also wants an anime waifu figure sent to him? :story:

I doubt those KV fuckers would send him, Douchette, or anyone else for that matter any gifts. They lack human kindness for that, and those drive-by lolyers don't deserve it anyway.

Let's also not forget that those warship girl waifus people have been sending to Ty are far too pure for a slimy fuck like Cohen. He probably would not appreciate their individual quirks or their big..... guns.

You sir, owe me a freshly brewed cup of tea and a new button down. My previous ones ended up as casualties of the laughing fit I just had from your well-meme'd post.

Join the club. People throw around the word "Pedo" as a cheap, high-school level insult so frivolously these days (and I suspect its mostly due to the openly public social acceptance of homosexuality leaving the usage of "faggot/queer/homo/gay" as an insult nerfed and de-fanged) that it practically delegitimizes actual sexual abuse towards literal prepubescent children.

But for them, its a default win because the word itself is such a loaded and very serious term in that it puts the target on the defensive and places upon them the burden of proof that they are NOT child predators by planting the seed of worry/fear/distrust/etc into the minds of any and all third parties who are there to witness the insult being given. Sure, some skeptics and common sense-having persons will immediately scoff at the prospect of such a grave accusation being levied with zero evidence to back it up (at the risk of them being branded as "pedo sympathizers", mind you...), but others will either err on caution and assume the claim was made within good reason ("Surely SOMETHING must have happened to make Person A say that about Person B!"), or at worst will get a big ol' SJW Woke-Boner and immediately call for a witch burning because "listen & believe muh victims!". But that isnt even the most awful part about it; even IF the target proves their innocence beyond any and all doubt, they will forever live with a tainted perception by society at large who will always assume with the tiniest shred of faith no bigger than a mustard seed that they are indeed a monster who gets their rocks off by forcefully inserting themselves into the bodily orifices of a crying child; evidence to the contrary be damned.

As someone who has been insulted online in this manner over the years in various comment sections, and having witnessed good friends and family members having to endure their lives and reputations being destroyed overnight over mere hearsay, AND as someone who genuinely advocates for legitimate victims of actual proven scumbags and volunteers to help them whenever I can, to see the continued and shamelessly unabashed usage of that word as a sort of "trump card" to instantly shut your opposition down does nothing less than to seriously PISS ME THE FUCK OFF!

Forget false rape accusations... false child abuse accusations made without imminently accompanying material to substantiate their legitimacy, should always carry HEAVY legal penalties including fines and/or extended time behind bars for attempting to permanently and irreversibly interfere with an innocent person's livelihood. Maybe THEN these imbecilic fuckwits would think twice before labeling someone as a child predator over frivolous and asinine reasons... aw hell what am I saying, some of them would GLADLY accept the ramifications, or even an hero themselves after the fact without any question or second thought, knowing in their hearts they did the right thing by "outing" someone who just happened to be "on the wrong side of history"...

Sorry... rant over. This is just a real touchy subject for me and I just get SO riled up whenever I think about how people will just ignore the legitimate suffering of poor, defenseless children happening RIGHT NOW somewhere out there in this shitty, godawful world we live in, but will prioritize sperging out for hours on end as they obsessively fantasize about the nonexistent victims of someone whom they just so happen to hate...

I'll take my Mad at the Internet ratings now...
The more I see that thrown around as an insult- and I've heard people use it as one more times in just these last two years than I've heard in my entire life-, the more I become concerned that it's going to go the way of Racist Sexist Homophobe, and lose all meaning entirely. Which I'm almost afraid is the point. There are some people who've been pushing so hard for Pedo-acceptance, and one of the best ways to do that would be to change people's initial gut reaction to hearing the term from being quite happy to minecraft the accused, to rolling their eyes every time the term gets used.

It's unlikely to happen for the vast majority of people, just because our DNA is programmed to keep children safe and healthy, but even the thought of that being the next step in the "MAPs are People Too" bullshit they're pushing makes me feel a bit queasy.

Holy shit, this guy is making me wistful and nostalgic for when the worse Weebs that might have to be dealt with were the autistic kids that were way too into Naruto.

Anime Does Not Matter To Due Process. Manga Has Nothing To Do With Having A Fair Trial Before Burning A Man's Life Down.

They started out, at the beginning, berating people that Vic wasn't the characters that he voiced and you're a naive idiot if you were supporting him just because he brought life to a character that you love- which was actually the fairest point I've seen them bring up, ever. Now it's NiCk AiN't EvEn InTo AnImE lOsErS. It's lame, and I mean that in the original sense of the word. If that's the best argument you can come up with, then it'd be a mercy to take you around the back of the barn and put you out of your misery- to sit you down in a haystack and have you read through all 938 chapters of One Piece in one sitting.

I'm looking forward to the next step, where TUG is TOO into Anime, and everyone should abandon ship and demand their money back from the GFM because he's abusing his kiddo by letting her watch DeathNote.

Stan is just the normie way of saying white knight. The absolutely irony is that these people see themselves a white knights saving thy lady from a rabid beast, such as those from medieval epics and tales, though we all know what happens when you read too much of those and then decide to become a knight.
