Megathread Tranny Sideshows on Social Media - Any small-time spectacle on Reddit, Tumblr, Twitter, Dating Sites, and other social media.

These people are so fucking useless, I can't even.

It is a well known "industry secret" that inappropriate elimination is the #1 reason for cat rehoming and eventual cat shelter death. That cat probably got to have, like, 1 week out of the shelter only to come back marked for death row. It is commonly understood that like biting in dogs, cat fouling is impossible to train out of, and even worse, it is "contagious" - if you have other cats, they consider the smell of lingering execrement as a new toilet marker, and all the cats start eliminating in that place.

Farmers, if you are rehoming a grown-ass cat, please do so by locking the cat up in say, the bathroom or laundry for a week, or however long it takes for the cat to fully understand its litterbox arrangements. Same applies if you are moving houses.

The cat is far more receptive to you after a week of attention rationed out on a schedule, will adjust faster in an environment that is vlosed off and unstimulating, and any messes the cat makes are far easier to clean up.

Cats, like most animals, prefer to eliminate in a place they feel safe and comfortable in. If you bring a cat from the shelter and just drag it into your bedroom like this troon, the cat will foul the most comfortable place in the room - the bed.
Thats infuriating. The only cats I've known who didnt comprehend litter box almost immediately, regardless if age, were ones that had physical issues.

I can't find the info -- has body integrity dysphoria ever been professionally treated using amputation (not self-amputation finalized by a doctor)? The only possibility I can imagine.

yep it looks like it. Surgeons are always eager to cut people in my experience, and if a surgeon can be convinced that this is the best course of action then they're going to do it. Amputation is extremely simple compared to most operations.

Interesting discussion of troonery on /r/medicine. The article under discussion is a very stupid Vox opinon piece. Here's Katelyn Burns, the troon who wrote it, lol:

The above user /u/PokeTheVeil is a psychiatrist and frequent contributor to /r/medicine. Here's one of his/her comments on troonery that I saved a while ago. "Borderline personality disorder [is] dysphoria...these are patients who generally want to be not themselves, and one way to try to achieve that is transitioning."

I think the desire to not be you isn't just limited to just BPD. As mentioned above, there's just so much psychological comorbidity that it's very difficult to treat, made worse by "transgender" being a skeleton key that unlocks all of psychiatry. Just say you're transgender and everything else gets ignored.

I don't know, but this never gets old.

Holy fuck my ass. This man is rational and sane. He should NOT have been "treated" psychologically, he required DBS (brain surgery). Not that there are any guarantees, but a misfire created the neutral pathway for the obsessive hatred of his legs, and it needed to be burned out. Holy shit.

What I have understood (and I do happen to know some trannies who transitioned before it became trendy) is that transgenders know fully well that they are mentally ill. To them that’s not question, gender dysphoria sucks hard and is most definitely mental illness. Transitioning isn’t about being a true woman/man but finding way to live with your mental illness with best of your ability. Treatments of various mental illnesses aren’t just about curing the issues, as we aren’t capable always doing that yet, but also just managing symptoms and that’s what transitioning is trying to achieve. Changing body closer towards mental image so that ignoring gender dysphoria is easier and life could be less stressful.
You hit the nail almost exactly on the head. Great post. Semper Fi. :drink:

Gender dysphoria is a bitch, and THAT is the core of the issues for transgender people. Undergoing procedures and medical intervention to get rid of that mental condition. Being transgender is not inherently something to be proud of. Accepting yourself for what you are, maybe. Unfortunately the loud group of them you tend to see online and such will want you to believe otherwise. There are few people worse than them.

There's another comment in that thread that I find intriguing.

I once had a FTM trans pt come to the ER for abdominal pain/distention for a few days. Upon getting to surgical history, told me that he had a stent placed a few months ago for kidney stones. Ok, now with some fevers, some side pain, that could be something. I get labs, UA, planning for US or CT. Go back into room and let him know about plan, he says ok. Get CT back and basically he after the stent placement, turns out 3 weeks ago, he had complete hysterectomy, oophorectomy (I think), and penile construction. WTF. You didn't think this was important to tell me?

All of these problems could be resolved by being open/honest and just telling me that he was trans.

The lady in the article was embarrassed to tell the pharmacist about estrogen. If she had said "oh I'm trans", the pharmacist would have understood. Medical professionals (ok most, certainly in urban centers) don't care at all about wtf is going on with you. Just be honest.

I feel like some trans people are playing a bit of a silly game here. They don't inform the doctor they're trans, then either get super mad when the doctor/nurse/pharmacist misgenders them, or get upset when the doctor makes the assumption that they're natally male/female and go on to cause errors in their diagnosis and treatment because they didn't have all the facts. Either way they're setting themselves up for a bad time.

Imagine busting your ass for years, sacrificing a huge chunk of your personal life, time and freedom, working for hours on end on an okay-ish salary, all this because you just want to help other people and then these ungrateful bastards come in and treat you like shit because you didn't use the correct pronoun. Seriously, semper fi to these guys who have to deal with these exceptional individuals. I think I'd have punched them already in the face.

Edit: my English is disgusting and I apologise.

I got a new phone with Google lense and was looking forward to running some Reddit troons through it to see how it would identify them. Unfortunately it doesn't do human faces. Cute of Google to pretend like they care about privacy and data security.

Anyways, here's my list of troon images that I had saved specifically for that purpose. All from r/transpassing, r/transpositive, and r/transadorable.

I realised that I'm quite biased. I love to make fun of the MTFs but generally feel sorry for the FTMs. Anybody else feel the same way? I think it's because MTFs tend to be driven by their porn addiction and narcissistic nature. Well, except for the gay dudes who don't want to admit that they're gay. Kinda feel sorry for them too, but the FTMs seem like they're trying to escape stereotypical womenhood and the expectations that come with it. Which I can kinda understand.
Nah for the most part, I agree. For the most part, mind you. Mainly because it's the mtfs that run this show. Masculine women transitioning used to be extremely rare. It was always a primarily male endeavor until recently when the fetishists took over the entire lgbt. Masculine lesbians basically have to transition now or it ruins the whole ideology since regardless of what they say, it is absolutely based on stereotypes. I actually think most males transition for fetishes and most women are manipulated into it indirectly by the fetishists. The amount of change AGPs have hoisted onto the lesbian community cannot be understated. They've destroyed it pretty much completely.

ETA: besides this perhaps the best reason to feel this way is to just look at any given thread here. Mtfs have SO MANY threads & they seem to be the ones screaming at people, usually women and being cluster b nightmares. You don't see a lot of "IT'S SIR!" memes really. Ftms seem to, on the whole, be a fuck of a lot more reasonable and chill.

How someone could do this to themselves and genuinely believe it's the right choice for them in the long-term is beyond me. Especially after looking at the before and after picture:

Filters are one hell of a drug. Don't trust pictures where the person has no pores, uses the troon/fat girl angle & everything looks weirdly soft. This guy manipulated the shit out of these pictures.

Nah, FtMs are just less visible, especially on reddit, they tend to be more on Tumblr and Twitter. There are the same amounts of stupidity with FtMs and MtFs. It's also female socialization, women are very discreet and tend to play down their problems and talk about it to a small number of people. Men, on the other hand, exaggerate their problems a lot and especially try to make it known to any person.

Example:
When FtMs talks about their problems: "Dysphoria sucks... sigh"
When MtFs talks about their problems: "DYSPHORIA FUCKING SUCKS, EVERYONE'S TRANSPHOBIC, I'M TIRED BEING MISGENDERED, FUCK TERFS!!!!!!!!!!! ;(((((((((((((((( *picture of an anime girl crying and boucing*".

I feel for the girls and teens; adult women who attempt this troon shit— not so much.

I’ve known quite a few FTMs, including a childhood friend of over 25 years. Of those that transitioned as adults, most are butch dykes who hold some really deep seated misogynist views against other women. In a sense yes, they are trying to “escape” sexist stereotypes, but not because they find such stereotypes confining*; rather they are disdainful of females and the traits they believe *other women* exhibit.

It’s ‘Cool Girl’ syndrome gone queer. Look at some of the most high profile FTM SJW like Chase Strangio (ACLU’s lead troon) or Dean Spade (law professor). Spend five minutes on Strangio’s twitter feed and the contempt she harbors towards other women and girls radiates from outer space. You even get this with some of the more backbending lesbos like that idiot that runs Stonewall UK, but in my experience it seems particular to adult transitioning FTMs.

*Most of these women were on the masculine edge of dykedom, so they were already living lives that eskewed anything traditionally associated with femininity.
