Identities of the women don't really matter, so long as we're able to hear and pick apart the stories.

All I want the info for is to look into it, without directly contacting/harassing the revealed names. I simply want the truth, currently I'm 99.9999% sure that Vic is innocent, but don't know that for sure.

If they are falsely accusing him, lets show that. If their accusations are true and the 'actions of Vic' are illegal, let us show that as well.

Exactly!! I think the majority of us--while here for a laugh at some of the absurdity that's been stated so far--are really only interested in the truth. KF is not Vic's personal army nor are we all rabid fans blinded by his career; if these alleged victims have statements that hold up and can be corroborated, I think we'd see support for him here and everywhere else dwindle rapidly. Why would anyone here want to threaten/harass people into NOT talking? We want more information, not less.

here's the objective results of this poll that hasn't been conducted: All the people with a number of braincells reaching at least 1 don't give a fuck who these people are beyond their name. People don't care where they go after this. People here only care to hear what they have to say so that we can crossreference that with things we know and find to figure out FOR OURSELVES if we believe what they say or not. KF has no actual stakes in this lawsuit or the lives of the witnesses and i can basically promise you that no sane person will actually engage with those witnesses

I can't think of anyone mention in this case that didn't publicly speak out. If an accuser were to come out and be credible I doubt there would be an intimidation from here.

That's the thing that gets me. If they wanted to make their critics look like idiots then all they have to do is bring out those victims and the evidence to prove their points and prove their critics wrong. Instead of that they've chosen to engage their critics on twitter in petty back and forth.

They have a chance now in court to release all the damning evidence in the world and prove they were 100% right about Vic all along so why haven't they? The only thing anyone really wants is the truth and will question everything until they get it. Just accepting what somebody tells you as gospel shows a very low level of intelligence and most people here will do their own research.

If this is a case of corporate backstabbing or people throwing others under the bus for their own gain then we want the truth to come out about that too. I doubt anyone would be dumb enough to intimidate a serious witness and the only reason there is so much engagement on Twitter is because the KickVic side has freaked out and trolled anyone who dared ask them questions about their claims.

On the one hand, if CE can’t provide evidence supporting his clients likely defamatory claims, then how the fuck can we expect him to provide enough evidence to convince a judge that the women are being targeted, especially when they’re, ya know, not.

On the other hand, the fact that they feel they’re in danger may be the only important element to this legally.

What I do see in all of this is a blatant attempt at smoke and mirrors in order to draw attention as far away from the material facts of the case as possible.

I've only vaguely followed this at a distance as I am more interested in the final outcome than the actual ongoing but I find the assertion that KF purposely harasses anyone to be a strawman (?) argument. The website gets brought up by people and often the cows in question because they just can't resist lurking here- but outside of Null talking about some people pushing too hard at a few of the genuinely mentally ill cows on a stream once, that he didn't personally agree with, very few to none of the user-base actively goes out and bothers people. KF is mostly cataloging content and laughing about it, on site. The worst I've seen that might be 'harassment' if you stretch it is when users report someone on twitter, if you stretch because the reports are almost always for perfectly legitimate reasons.

This is a case of 'if you jump in the ocean only to then complain you got wet' it isn't the fault of the people watching you from the beach in silence thinking you're an idiot. It's not harassment for someone to have knowledge of the fact that there is a website out there that is cataloging their stupidity, otherwise school records would be harassment of the students, maybe stop being an idiot online and KF will stop caring.

A handful of users even does not constitute the entire site, either.

We all know the "KF will harrass the victims" line is more accurately put as "KF will blow holes in the victims stories". They know that once the who,where and when is out there that people are going to dig through everything, they gamble on listen and believe and now it's going to cost them.

Truth.

These idiots don’t seem to get that if they actually brought forward the stories of the 100+ women and the mountains of evidence that they keep boasting about and it all proves that Vic is guilty then most people would jump on their bandwagon. But we aren’t going to “listen and believe” because Monica got jealous of Vic.

Tl;dr: show us the proof or stfu.

We already have a rule not to conspire/interfere with the people involved in the whole KickVic saga, so the whole schtick of "Kiwi Farms harrasses and intimidates victims!" is just ludicrous.

We just want to find out the truth of what really happened that has created the whole rift between the American anime industry. Most of the KF users here have followed this for the past 5 months and has documented each and every action that the people had publicly taken.

Also, I hate the idea of "listen and believe" that turns people into gullible idiots who cannot verify the statements made on the Internet, so I personally wish that people can learn from this saga about how not to present yourself as a dumbshit on the Internet. We will laugh at you when that happens.

Exactly my thoughts. KF is good at finding conflicting information on social media....and we do it for free so perhaps Vic can save his war chest for more important matters. Maybe that's why they're upset. PULL, Shame, and the souper lolyers are basically will-nots. Plus they're always 2 weeks behind....after Nick has said it on his stream....and we have dissected it and moved on.
