RT really had it coming for them, their former president resigns, the Glassdoor reviews, the working conditions/compensation, their head animator resigning, and now this.

So, the lovely backstanding Ms. Perez finally comes out of the woodwork, shrieks like a harpie and eventually confirms what we already knew.... Casey is a cuck.

This is it. This basically vindicates Vic. @Shane_Yes_That_One, here's a statement that pretty much says that you backed the wrong horse. If you're still on KickVic's side even though this pic literally EXONERATES VIC, then you are a fool.

Koen saying that the rumors and allegation are false exonerates Vic about as much as Shane saying that Vic is not a criminal does.

After Nick's last stream, IMHO it's gonna be interesting just to find out if the court it's gonna address the filings this time around or maybe go again with the fatherly approach for the kids to play nice with each other, emphasis on sarcasm.

I think that Mr. Casey might be right to believe that the court agrees with him, and that this whole mess it's just a torment in a glass of water. Is the Judge actually going throughout every document/filing or maybe just skimmed some random clerk's highlights ?

Also pretty interesting on how bad Ty looks (I know he wants to present himself as reasonable counsel trying his best), but daydreaming to reach some sort of common ground in the nick of time (as if it where his fault), with someone just interested on stalling and making a killing on billable hours and the remote hope that something will develop or someone says something to keep the ball in play, because on how little of a case Casey and Andrea have, but anyway, if dad ain't looking who cares.

Hopefully Mr. Beard has a grand master plan. Because by the look of it the defendants are using whatever they can hold on to, Vic's "apology", Vic's February's tweet, Nick's Youtube/store/opinion, Ty's KF slip. And then trying too hard to reach an agreement on something he already had proposed just before depositions with ZERO DISCOVERY.

Just watch the slime bags flipping this on him, a good idea on how low they are willing to go, it's already stated on their filings (PULL, Tumbler, YouTube lawyer, Bleeding Fool, etc..) MoRon/legal team seem to be playing their shitty hand pretty well.

But whatever just my brainless layman opinion.

It's one thing for the judge to play daddy when participants are getting cute about discovery at the start of the case, It's another thing entirely when one side blatantly ignores the rules, directly contradicts statements they made on the record and refuses to provide the answers that they are obligated by the court to provide. The rule 11 agreement and "I get to go first" deposition nonsense was just frivolity. This is Casey thumbing his nose at the court and pissing on the rules because he doesn't want to produce anything.

Ty bending over backwards to accommodate Casey is a sound legal strategy. It shows the court that he's trying to be reasonable with opposing counsel despite Casey being an utter tard and refusing to cooperate in any meaningful way.

I love how in those emails, Andrea asserts that kf intimidates "the victims :(!!!" into silence, when the truth is, we would love to hear from them. Maybe it's :optimistic: of me but if you have things to say about your trauma, please do feel free to stop lurking and share!
This can't be more on the point. I believe since February, people wanted to hear true stories about Vic being a sexual harasser/abuser/pedo/etc. Instead, we got "Wah, Vic was kissing someone else in an elevator and I didn't consent!" or "Wah, Vic ate a jellybean I signed and made a lame joke about it" and so on. Have concrete proof Vic is a predator? Why didn't you produce that on day 1?

KiwiFarms is only currently ISWV because the evidence at hand and the attitudes of the people involved lead us to believe so. If there's ANYTHING KV would like to show, do it NOW! Better late than never!

I do appreciate that Casey and Perez hinted for us that some of the people supposedly coming forward are probably in the Doxemon thread.

I'm thinking it's the pedophile brother Sarah person and Daman Mills, but both spoke out on twitter and Mills dropped out of Kamehacon so it'd be bs for Casey to try and claim they haven't already publicly involved themselves.
It doesn’t matter, Casey was just trying to redact everything they said so it would be hard to verify what they said, He didn’t actually want names and identifying info redacted he wanted their entire statements hidden from the record, Hence why he kept rejecting every single rule 11 Ty suggested. He’s playing games to try and win with no evidence.

he has enough work to do anyway, so why pressure somebody to hard and make yourself look like a jerk?

No it really doesn't. RT still let him go. So what ever his "memory" is of what someone said it worthless when the evidence shows they then terminated him weeks later.
As stated by others in the know, Vic did not even know who all had come out against him.

Are you saying testimony isn't evidence? wow shame, just wow. how could you stab all those wahmen in the back like that?

Oh, Vic doesn't know who all of his accusers are? Then how do you explain all of Soye's responses to interrogatories stating that Vic does know and can find all of the info himself? Fuck you are stupid, I hope Soye gave you this hot info to come back to the farms with for maximum funny.

Edit: for the idiot in the shoe cupboard.
Q: Identify each instance comprising the 'assaults the public isn't aware of'
A: [Sic] Defendant further objects to this Interrogatory because it seeks information that is in the possession of plaintiff [Sic]

Tell the cuck he needs a better narrative.

MoRon's interrogatory responses are long overdue. What they did provide, on the very last day, was nonresponsive, and by refusing to answer the plaintiff's interrogatories they're in flagrant violation of the rules of civil procedure. Casey's ridiculous last-minute attempt to start negotiating conditions under which they'll start producing discovery which they were required to produce anyway is entirely transparent and has no legal justification; furthermore, it's clearly made in bad faith because he's now demanding a Rule 11 agreement (psst, Casey... the word "agreement" implies that the opposing party has to agree, or else you don't get it!) for something that, a mere few weeks ago, he claimed they do not want and in fact adamantly rejected. Quite simply, it's obvious that they have no intentions of providing anything to back up Ron's claims about "100+ women," because there isn't any. This was nothing more than a hit job on Vic, and Ron's primary "evidence" is a bunch of erotic fanfic written by fujoshits.

BHBH is trying to bend over backward when they really don't even need to, because it's safe to say that Judge Chupp is going to be pissed, and BHBH wants to make sure that their shit smells like roses. They could've filed their motion to compel the day after receiving MoRon's nonresponsive answers, but they wanted to make extra sure that they had exhausted any possibility of a diplomatic solution before going to tattle to the judge. The fact that the judge even has to get involved in petty disputes over parties refusing to provide discovery means that someone is probably going to get spanked.

LMAO someone called it, not surprised at all you're here to damage control. you're getting ever more unhinged as attention towards you declines.

I am pretty pissed myself that stuff was held and not released weeks ago.

Since you're here, what's your conclusion for why Casey would waste his clients' time and money not presenting the damning evidence? Why not even little peeks at it? He's also wasting Marchi and Funimation's time and money by dragging it out, and that can't be good for Monica's business relations, right?

Aside from their initial response, Funi has not really gotten started yet, nor has Jamie's lawyer.
However, based on the fact that it appears anything sent to Ty is immediately given to Nick for a show, it is understandable why some people would not want their identities revealed without court ordered protections. I am not sure I necessarily agree with it, but it is what it is.
