I'm holding out hope that it's double sarcasm. Nobody should be proud of a guy for managing to sound sober. With the bender that he's had the only way he could've sobered up without serious, and I do mean dire effects to his well-being would've been to have checked himself into a hospital. Even having done that this time, yesterday he would still be unfit to host a podcast.

This is the thing that broke off the first big part of the audience. People I knew from the audience were in the bag for the alt-right lingo. When Ralph started to drop it in blind hope that he could become palatable to youtube again by not having it, we started pestering him about cucking. To me that was the beginning of the end because the audience started to realize that the alt-right persona was fake. It never goes over smoothly when you represent yourself one way to an audience then turn out to be the opposite.

This is the story of Baked Alaska. Charting his pivot with Ralph is pretty interesting. Also the same story of JF and Andy. There's a lot of interesting shit in the storyline of the Alt Right, seeing how people change and adapt, grifts being exposed, etc.
