A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

Yeah I actually support this. I would like to see tide of open immigration, massive censorship and absolute clampdown on conservative districts and offices. That way, they can declare independence and start segregating from the union. Once the war breaks out, majority of the military will side with the separatist due to the make up of the military.

the fact that schools are even discussing "gender" in the first place is a fucking travesty. there is no "gender", there is only sex. "gender" is a fucking academic meme made up by american feminists in the 1970s and has no relation to physical reality at all.

Gender does exist and researchers have done enough MRI scans to identify parts of the brain that they believe are responsible for gender. They basically did this by looking at normal brains and the brains of transgender people to narrow it down.

Of course there are really only two genders because they align to the two sexes. Sure you could say there's an other in the case of some individuals who experienced aberrations during fetal development (believed to be the cause of transgenderism) that doesn't map neatly on to male/man female/woman but we don't go around giving special names to each individual case of cancer.

Personally I think that if schools want to discuss gender it's fine, but they should what's scientifically understand instead of the fell-good idiocy that we all immediately think of when a story like this pops up. As far as I'm concerned if creationism isn't allowed in schools, no one else's religious dogma and bullshit should be either. And that goes double for shitty Marxist feminist lunacy.

Martina Navratilova explores issues faced by trans athletes in BBC documentary

Martina Navratilova says the struggles faced by trans people are too often underestimated and wants sport to change its rules so trans athletes are not excluded.

The 18-time Grand Slam tennis champion was criticised earlier this year after using the word "cheating" when discussing whether trans women should be allowed to compete in women's sport.

She later apologised but was dropped as an ambassador by LGBT sport body Athlete Ally.

Now the 62-year-old has made a BBC documentary exploring the issue.

For the film, The Trans Women Athlete Dispute with Martina Navratilova, she meets and discusses trans women in sport with a range of athletes, trans women and scientists.

"What I have come to realise, the biggest thing for me, is just the level of difficulty trans people go through cannot be underestimated," she says.

"The fight for equality and recognition is just huge."

She tells Trans Media Watch founder Helen Belcher: "I hurt people with my comments - that bothers me. I campaigned all my life for LGBT rights."

Later she adds: "That being said, still for me the most important thing in sports - and we have to remember trans rights and elite sport are two different things, although of course they are connected - what's the right way to set the rules so that everybody feels like they have a fighting chance?"

As well as hearing the experiences of trans athletes, she explores the science to find out whether trans athletes have a competitive advantage in women's sport.

"It feels to me that it's impossible to come to any real conclusions or write any meaningful rules until more research is done," she says.

"But for now I think we need to include as many transgender athletes as possible within elite sports while keeping as level a playing field as possible."

Sociologist Ellis Cashmore tells Navratilova sport will have to change in the same way other parts of society are adapting to gender fluidity - but admits he has been struggling "to figure an alternative".

"I don't think women's sport will look the same in 10 years' time," he explains.

"I think a great many sports are going to have to come to terms with the fact they are going to have to mix sports - in other words, dissolve the binary completely and just say they're open."

"Society has changed so much. The rules certainly need to evolve," Navratilova agrees.

"If you don't adapt, you've got problems. So we'll keep adapting and try to find a happy way forward."

Patreon is cracking down on more adult content creators, artists claim


It’s much slower than Tumblr’s, but Patreon is going through its own NSFW purge. Earlier this month, news broke that the crowdfunding site banned erotic content where hypnosis “is used as a coercion mechanic for nonconsensual” sexual interaction. Now, a Patreon post circulating on Twitter claims the site has “zero tolerance” for “forced transformation and sexual slavery,” effectively banning any form of transformation art where a dominant-submissive power exchange is involved.
Adult creators first learned the news through a Twitter post byChanger, an erotic game developer. On Tuesday night, Changer shared a locked Patreon post by an anonymous artist who claimed a colleague received a warning from Patreon. According to the notice, “forced transformation and sexual slavery” content like “feminization, sissification, bimbofication, expansion, and muscle growth” is prohibited on the site, as these kinks fall under Patreon’s ban on the “glorification of sexual violence.”

Mr. Phoenyxx is a 3D adult transformation comic artist mainly focusing on bimbofication comics where “a fairly plain or normal woman gets transformed, through various means, into a super sexy, insanely stacked, mega babe,” according to his Patreon page. The Daily Dot confirmed that he was the Patreon user behind the post in Changer’s tweet, and through him, this reporter was able to contact the artist who received the warning. While that Patreon user requested to stay anonymous, they confirmed the validity of Mr. Phoenyxx’s post by forwarding an email from a Patreon Trust & Safety team member with the same message.
“I expect to eventually receive a similar notice, and that will mean losing my only source of income,” Mr. Phoenyxx told the Daily Dot. “That is upsetting to me, and yet I still respect Patreon’s right to decide these things. I don’t feel persecuted by Patreon, but I do feel like adult artists have been persecuted for a long time now. […] Even some of the very first adult sites on the web have had numerous issues with payment processors such as Visa.”
In a follow-up post on Imgur, Changer alleged Patreon made the changes due to pressure from payment processors like “Visa and Mastercard,” calling them “the inescapably omnipresent middle man of internet transactions” who are allowed to decide what “becomes defacto illegal.” It remains unclear whether payment processors are responsible for the current adult content bans, but it seems likely. In 2018, a Patreon spokesperson told Vice’s Motherboard that the site was “ramping up the proactive review of content” thanks to “requirements from our payment partners.”
“What’s next? BDSM itself? Is that a beast too large to tackle right now? Well maybe they’ll hit Vampires first. After all, a Vampire’s gaze is basically hypnosis,” Changer wrote in his Imgur post. “They’ll keep chipping away at our freedom to express ourselves until we fall all the way back into total puritanism. The Daily Dot reached out to Patreon for confirmation on the policy.
Patreon’s ban on forced transformation is alarming but unsurprising. While the site allows adult illustrations and erotica, its “zero tolerance” for “the glorification of sexual violence” clause is notoriously vague. On one hand, the term covers grotesque and disturbing content like bestiality and child porn. But it also lets Patreon target any form of “fetish creations that [are] hard to distinguish from non-consensual sex,” which is a subjective description. Basically, Patreon can expand its definition of fetish work “hard to distinguish from non-consensual sex” as need be. In early June, it was forced hypnosis porn. In late June, it’s sissificationand bimbofication.
But forced transformation content isn’t “non-consensual,” nor does it glorify sexual violence. Like hypnosis, the kink eroticizes the power dynamics at play when a character shifts and changes, whether that’s mentally, physically, or a mixture of both. It’s not a form of sexual violence because transformation porn isn’t supposed to dehumanize the person transforming. It’s better understood as a metaphorical scenario that lets its participants take on different roles through a dominant-submissive lens, such as unexpectedly turning into a sultry, promiscuous woman with shapely curves (aka bimbofication), or forcing a person to shrink for a giantess’ sexual pleasure (better known as microphilia and macrophilia). Like any healthy kink community, safe, sane, and consensual engagement is at the cornerstone of all real-world interactions.
