I think he's just losing it. The stuff about him giving handjobs to his gay friend was all posted under his real name and shared to Facebook, but because of the writing style I was doubting it was really him at first until he uploaded it himself.

Now he's on Twitter acting just the same if not more vicious. I feel like he's definitely acting out a bit more there because he's super sneaky and incognito, but his behavior under his actual name has been rapidly catching up.

I believe he's definitely "filtering" himself less under his anonymous Twitter handle than he does on Facebook. This is probably because his family watches his FB page, as well as the fact he's been repeatedly put in Facebook jail before. Sure, he might be open on Facebook about banging hookers, but he doesn't actually try to "woo" them there like he's been doing on Twitter.

That said, I think most of his recent asshole antics can be chalked up to his mental state deteriorating for sure. With every failure he puts himself through (because he's a narc with zero self-awareness and a complete inability to take even the most constructive of criticism), his anger and bitterness at the world grows. The older he gets, the more he feels like he's running out of time to make it in "the biz" and stick it to his birth parents for giving him up for adoption. The more actual friends he drives away with his bullshit and narc rages, the less attention he receives, and the more desperate he becomes to get attention again--any attention, even negative attention.

We've seen his declining mental and emotional stability over the years directly reflected in his physical appearance. Older pictures of Russhole from before his hooker and lawsuit sagas show a guy who would definitely never be called a stud or even average levels of attractive, but who at least usually took the bare minimum steps required to look presentable in public (probably because his Mormon adult day care "college" required it). The more fixated on his delusions of success and persecution he's become, the more he's let himself go in terms of grooming, cleanliness, and dress. He might not be a homeless hobo screaming about Taylor Swift beneath a highway overpass quite yet, but he certainly looks the part these days.

I think the saving grace is the comments are similar responses he usually gets from people, so he doesn't suspect people know it's him. The handjob comment might've given it away, but Russ edited that out of the review--so how could (((anyone))) know what he did.
