Nick described Ty as "giddy" after Vic's performance in his deposition. That is not a word I have ever heard used in the context of a deposition. I think he did pretty well.
So the terrible thing about Vic is if you sign a contract with him, he actually wants you to live up to it and not just breach it? I'm beginning to understand how he has had difficulties with these terrible, law breaking people who literally view living up to their legal obligations as some kind of a horrible imposition and not something they signed a fucking contract agreeing to do.

The funny thing is that I am the one who told him in TUG's livestream chat to find out about ljmontello in the KF>Weeb Wars>Whale Wars thread, and it was only after that that he used her full real name in a tweet.

I've heard unbiased casual mentions that Vic sometimes complains about not having a big enough room for a panel, but not in a rude or a malicious way. Teamfourstar mentioned during one of their many-hour-long Pokemon playthroughs that during an early convention of theirs, they had a panel next door to Vic. Their room was bigger than his, and he was naturally baffled why a group of random youtube creators had a bigger room than him. He reportedly said something like 'who the hell are these guys?'. However, they themselves claimed he wasn't actually making a big fuss or angry about it, just confused, and that they were later on good terms with him. Shame they flipped on him.
There's also a mention in that yahoo group about 'be sure that you stick to any contractual obligation you agreed to previously'.
So...there's some cause for the diva rumors, in that he can apparently be frank and vocal about things, and he won't take it lying down if you promise him something and fail to deliver. But I've never heard of any nuclear blow ups outside of the designated 'time to talk bad about Vic' hours, nor has there been any caught on camera that I have ever found. I remember hearing another story about how someone had a booth across from him selling stuff, and they found him extremely friendly and nice, too. There's not really much time for him to diva flounce when he's spending 9+ hours on autograph lines and then adding an hour or two of panels each day on top of it as well. He'd have to be staying in the convention from open to close every day to even have time to be a diva to the staff or creep on girls, and most guests don't bother to do that.
Evidence points to it somehow being a woman.

More so I want to see how he is going to react when it's revealed most of the shit he heard was nothing but hearsay and there are no crimes Vic should lose his career for. But knowing people like he will be in denial until the end of times. Seriously, I am started to shift my stance to be pro Vic with shit like this.
