I initially saw an influx of news articles, Facebook threads, and Youtube recommendations in my various feeds that caught me onto the situation, but stumbled across Nick as he was in the "trending" box and decided to give a listen to a lawyer's take on this madness. I was instantly hooked and have never looked back since.

EDIT- I also became aware of Kiwi Farms after Nick name-dropped the site in one of his streams, decided to check it out here, and became addicted virtually overnight to the point that I check the various sub-forums religiously as part of my daily routine. so at the end of the day, I really should give Nick a big thank you for not only giving Vic hope, and by proxy giving me, someone who has been in a similar situation as Vic at one point in the past, hope as well, as well as for introducing me to this big happy dysfunctional family that I am certainly glad to be a part of.

Talking about Vic's case now but looks like he's mentioning stuff we already knew.

So Ron just going to claim drunk tweeting?
 
Ah, Vic stuff.

Apparently there was a hearing before the depo. They submitted some sworn affidavits last night. Ty wanted to release these affidavits, Casey wanted to block that, even though Ty was willing to redact their names. They went before the judge, and Ty read the judge Casey's words about how the witnesses wanted their names revealed. To which Chupp basically bitchslapped Casey.

And Casey tattled on Ty about Kiwi Farms... and Chupp didn't even know what doxing was. Casey has to explain it.

As for the depo, Ron had to go through this ~400 tweets, to which he responded "I don't remember those tweets."

Casey apparently tried to patronize Top-CEC.


And I'm cougar'd. Oh well.
