So there we have it. Nothing. The defendants can not back up a SINGLE statement and are now scrambling for plausible deniability and excuses for all their claims.

This is over. Unless Monica comes out hard with something substantial tomorrow this is going to be a slaughter in the courtroom. We've had some great laughs over this whole thing but I think all of us had to have at least a small thought that the defendants had to have something. Anything!

To see it finally proven that these idiots had nothing, not a single card up their sleeve, is hilarious. I'm dying over here laughing. I can not wait for this shit show to hit full stride because we all know it's coming now; the defendants are going to turn on each other, the KickVics are going to start going ballistic, and we get to enjoy he whole thing knowing we called it.

God damn I love the internet.

It'll be even funnier after the verdict (is that the right word for civil cases?) the KickVic crowd will continue to insist that Vic is a predator and continue pressuring cons to not invite him. Which will be funny during the damage phase where Ty argues how the defendants have permanently damaged Vic's reputation and the damages should reflect that. They'd just be dynamiting a bigger hole for MoRon and co.

I'm not calling it until I see those affidavits they submitted today. There could actually be something of substance in there.

...but my suspicion is that those stories will look suspiciously like the stories we've seen Twitter flogging earlier today. "Vic is a prima donna", and "I heard from a friend that Vic had complaints at a con", and "Vic harassed that Japanese VA who is conveniently out of reach in Japan".

Awfully convenient timing that we get a small burst of could-possibly-be-corroborated stories the day after Casey drops those affidavits on BHBH.

If Ty is allowed to even give Nick 1 page of Rons deposition down the road we're gonna have some laughs, some cringe, and some questions as to how much dumber he can get.
