I don't know if the guy exercises or just stays on the internet all day, but I know inactivity will definitely shorten belt holes. I remember that on one stream he said that he likes to workout, because of the energy boost it gives, and that he isn't in the same shape as TitanOfSuffering2098(yes, fat fuck called himself that), which is pretty low bar, but still.
