That and sitting in a courtroom for a deposition for his unlawful actions may have finally made him realize this is all real, and there's no getting out of it. Oh sure he'll continue to be an retarded cuck and keep defaming Vic, of that I have no doubt. But the cold slap of real consequences he can't block or smiley his way out of probably gave him temporary pause.

the only way for ron to shut the fuck up is to settle or get to sued to oblivion at these point ron only has one goal he doesn't have proof against so his only option
is ton continue to defame him.ron has fucked up any chances of reddening himself all for his precious monica rial. what does ron see in monica that makes
her worth protecting?

To be clear, I don't think such an attempt will work either.

As is my understanding, a judicial judgement isn't discharged in bankruptcy... so, if they lose on this, what options do they have?

If (and big if here) funi and rt have any sense, Monica's roles and thus ability to draw a convention audience who just watched the latest hot anime will be drying up shortly after the legal spanking... so how else to avoid making biweekly payments to Vic and possibly his estate for the rest of their lives?

Oh hell no! He said "I don't remember" regarding things he said this year, 400+ times. I don't think he is capable of realizing the shit he's in... "BECAUSE VIC IS THE MONSTER! NOT MEEEEE!"

You notice how Amazon Prime just let him answer that way? That's because SoyBoy just handed Vic and BHBH a gift. They don't really need anything Ron has to say. He's left such a spectacular written record. But now he has screwed up any ability he might have to comment on, defend or justify that written record. he's fucked.

Monica and Marchi just dragged their employer into a messy lawsuit, for which there is no good outcome. With Rooster Teeth in the danger zone as well. These are all independent contractors. When the current roles end, they will be quietly passed over for newer younger talent. You don't hire somebody elses liability.

Funi only had to offer the comment "that role is being recast" and only when directly asked about it to stay out of this in the first place... so I have some serious doubts about them displaying any kind of common sense once this is resolved
