This is kind of off-topic but so so important. If it's not really hot outside, panting is a sign of serious stress. Yes, I know it really looks like he's smiling in pictures. He's not. He's very upset and anxious and really needs you to notice and find some way to make whatever situation he's in less stressful.
Back to topic: this munchie dude is a curious case indeed. I immediately started to consider the possible reasons he would do this since as we know, munching is usually a female endeavor and women usually do it for attention and/or to be "special". My first thought was that maybe it started to get better treatment in jail and he just kept it up afterwards? His wife is a piece of work too though. I know someone who's had untreated kidney failure for over two years too. Unfortunately they've been dead for some time now. Sometimes two people's craziness just fit together like puzzle pieces and create one bigger supercrazy. Perhaps that's what's happened here. Curious indeed.

I saw that shit and sort of had a laugh. These people think having all these abdominal surgeries are of no consequence. When they’re eaten up by adhesions and their bowels die, it isn’t fun. Maybe you’ll finally get your hospice death wish, M&M!
FYI that Pop surgery is actually easy and can is done endoscopically!
I love how much she’s been online despite being in sooper severe pain and nausea and vomiting. Was almost hoping her updates would be done by mommy dearest.

This is absolutely mindboggling. The sense of manipulating everything to gain a specific diagnosis and end (disability) is just....wow. That's some insane entitlement there. And yeah, her daughter was legit retarded, but letting her have HOW many kids, when both she and her mother knew she couldn't raise them?
And that last line - THAT is the truth of people like that. Physically and metaphorically, all they're doing is turning up the tv so they can ignore the noise. It's an awful combination of ignorance, entitlement, and laziness.

the decision to severely cut welfare in 1996 was a mistake. the rates of people on disability went up by a lot afterwards. the government should just be like yeah, we know you live in a backwater shithole and are never gonna get a job (and it's kinda our fault from that NAFTA thing), here's a check, you don't have to keep pretending to be disabled. and then they could cut all the administrative aspects required in determining who gets SSI--the city I'm from gives free lunch to every schoolkid now because the costs of determining who was federally eligible for it were too high. and i've heard a lot of stories about kids where the parents won't let them exit SPED classes or let them be in reading intervention because they're worried the SSI check will get taken away, but if money wasn't tied to disability that wouldn't happen.

She's had TWO power hickmans for TPN which brought her from ~100 lbs to this thing you see before you. Each one lasted about a year, most recent one was removed about two weeks ago.
She has just officially hit the top of my munchie death pool. Multiple major abdominal surgeries, opiates, a central line, totally sedentary lifestyle, and obesity. She's like Jaquie, but at least Jaquie went peepees in the potty like a big girl and didn't have the beetus (although with her MMJ use towards the end she was well on her way)

wow what a turn of events. super miserable before but now the death fat has her much needed desperate nutrition its all strength and positivity. feeling hungry for an hour or three isnt starvation but people sure like to think it is.

This person is a death fat. Doctors must be having a right laugh. You don't go into orbit on TPN unless you are eating as well. Creepy, I'd put money on some feeder fetish. Between the showing off of the feeding tubes, the TPN, the gut and that smirk of how pleased she is. Wuss needs to just do the planet funnel feed already.

What do you mean by elicit munchie with a proven mutation? Can you elaborate? There’s one girl with classical EDS (testable by genes) who is friends with all the munchies who is definitely a lot focused on all her treatments, but I don’t know whether she is munchie for sure or not.

Yeah Mickey sets off so many alarm bells. She probably does have the conditions she claims to have imo but I think she’s focusing on them so much, she’s made a life based around them and her YouTube fame is hinged on it, and she has surrounded herself with so many confirmed bullshitters that she’s subconsciously or otherwise making herself feel worse.

Yes, that’s who I was referring to. I dunno if chronically.Amy has been tested. I’m sure you do tho KFS. She is way way way OTT and has definitely harmed herself via ED behavior, even if she does have EDS, which I tend to believe she has.
Edit to add: on the subject of Mickey, I will be curious to know if she has more than just cEDS. If not, I find it strange she has so much instability and pain. In long term care, I haven’t seen many people with cEDS present with much pain and instability at least until much much older. It could be possible she has some other problem like muscular atrophy/ dystrophy or more likely she is just influenced by the munches. Even in the Hypermobile population, that has fragile nerves and increased pain as a presenting feature, I think you would be hard-pressed to find someone willing to put that kind of bracing on someone outside scoliosis.
