"Jim" / James Augustine née James Patrick O'Shaughnessy / Mister Metokur / Jim81Jim / Internet Aristocrat - His autistic videos and the gay beta "sweetie squad" who mindlessly suck his cock.

  • 🔧 At about Midnight EST I am going to completely fuck up the site trying to fix something.
Depends on what he dues him for though, doesn't it? Also the one thing Nick said that actually was kind of horrifying is how many lawsuits this turd has made(couple hundred). Kind of seems like the asshole who would sue you, get the lawsuit dismissed, and then sue you for something else and keep it going until the court gets sick of his shit.

No. Monograph has no legal standing to sue Jim and is legally illiterate, so it would cost nothing but court costs, which are $100-$150.

From all I heard Montagraph has only sued 1 person 1 time, where are you getting this hundred of lawsuit thing from?

Is that lawsuit thing real or is it a big meme that I'm not getting? That crazy Q guy is secretly working for Josh and is trying to confirm Jim's dox by filing a lawsuit, right?

Montagraph sued a guy for calling him a pedophile. He threatened to sue Drumr828. He alluded to suing Jim on twitter. Null called Montagraph. Montagraph said that he is pro-freedom of speech and that he was trolling Jim, that Jim did not cross any line to actually sue him.

In all reality, Jim was trolled. He was actually afraid that Monty might sue him and still is afraid.

So when you have teenagers standing in front of mirrors with sweetie squad shirts and their 4 star caps saying #sweetiesquad, Thats gonna be ok right? because its "ironic" and owning the skeptics right? Completely different from soygon right?

Jim's hats are as gay as a Kekistan flag.

Not necessarily. Using it in public, on the other hand...
I dunno, a four-out-of-five stars hat is pretty inoffensive and most people won't know what the fuck it stands for. Just so long as you don't start walking up to people and saying "glad I could help" or "the sweetie squad sends its regards" or any other faggy shit.

Speaking of Jim's supposed hypocrisy. Every time shit like this that's supposed to be damning against Jim starts, he'll just address it jokingly like it's no big deal and people just stop giving a shit eventually. Examples are the time when his feud with Sargon was at its initial moments, that time his dox got "leaked", those many moments with the IBS folks, his InternetAristocrat days, and all other spergy moments he's done at some point within his internet career. He's been called a hypocrite before, and he's a hypocrite now. The difference, however, is how he always owns up to it. All this bitching will calm down in a few days or weeks, and everything will be back to the usual. Sure it would be brought up from time to time, but that would be just like any other stupid thing Jim has done.

For me, I just don't give a shit and no, I won't be buying a hat or shirt (unless some exceptional individual can guarantee the quality of it, then I may buy it just for the novelty of it). Anyway, Jim's been a hypocrite before (when he made a Patreon), and now he's just being his usual self. I believe the issue against him now lies on the fact that some people have placed him on a pedestal, believing that he's a guy with a strict virtue or code, when he's actually just some guy who we may sometimes agree with or find amusing in one way or another. And any person with at least half a brain will actually start selling low effort merchandise if there are people willing to buy it. Money is money, and it's very convincing.

He said its gay and he is doing it. That makes him gay and a sellout, reminds me of those skeptics he talked so much shit on. But really personally I dont even care outside the fact that he will never make a good video ever again, because there is no reason too. There is no defending this though. People are naturally opposed to sellouts.
I don't see the skeptic parallels, I don't see how this will affect his videos more than Patreon already did (and at least with this you actually get something for your money), but I'm 100% pro-selling out. Anyone who turns down free money because "it's gay to sell hats" is a retard.

Guys its a shirt/hat that shows that you're a fan of something, it's not like you're publically professing your love for scat porn. There's no need to be ashamed of people finding out that you go on youtube like everyone else.

Idk man....

I mean personally I have no problems with anyone selling merch. If the fans want it and you can profit of it then by all means. Since he's been dox his time on the internet will probably be more limited in the future with the plethora of stupid shit thats coming in his direction from vindictive lolcows and enemies he's made over his time on the internet. So it's understandable why he would want to build some type of war chest to prepare himself for that.

On the other hand.....

This is the guy who calls people gay and exceptional for selling merch and is now selling merch for his "sweetie squad" to wear because some exceptional lolcow on the internet threaten to sue him with some frivolous lawsuit that will more than likely be dismiss. Another layer of irony is the fact that he's all for internet anonymity but the moment one of his "sweetie squad" fans wears that in public they would be essentially announcing to the world "hey guise im a sweetie squad members and I like supporting some drunk irish neet who laughs at exceptional indivduals on the internet!".

🤔 🤔 🤔 🤔

I don't really see how a hat is gonna dox you or fuck with your online security.
And I don't think wearing a 4/5 stars hat as worse than wearing any other obscure and potentially cringy gear that most people won't recognize.
At the end of the day Jim's just a Youtuber, and it's just a hat.

Not really, no. People give him shit for it all the time, but he gets a pass for it because he claims to be chronically ill. Now he launches the merch store under the pretense of needing to bankroll a lawsuit.

To clarify, again, I have nothing against making money, but I don't understand this veneer of needing it to be for something that hasn't happened yet.

Being involved in legal action, even an ultimately successful one, bleeds money and time. Yes, Morphonios won his by submitting a single legal response, which Nick Rekeita said looked like it been written by someone with some level of legal knowledge, and had obviously taken some time to draft. Yet Montagraph fucked up his original claim, if he'd gotten an actual lawyer to draft it, he may have gotten much further. At least to the point where Morphonios had to step into court or be deposed.

I know of a retired crank who remortgaged his home to take legal action over a trivial boundary dispute, ruining his finances and his neighbors. Serial litigation particularly by old people, provides a steady source of income for the legal profession.

I accept now after you contacting him, that it's unlikely Montagraph has the means to get proper legal representation. Metokur didn't know that though. I would suspect that Metokur has already invested in some legal advice, and has probably felt the financial affects.

I don't begrudge him trying to raise funds, though I will say that his constant digs at people trying to make a living from producing online content often got pretty tedious. It might have been expected that he'd cut back on it after setting up his patreon.

"It's okay be gay, let's rejoice with the boys in the gay way, also buy my hat."

That said if you're getting legit IRL mad about this you might be even gayer than either the seller or the buyer in this standard fuck party.
