So what do we thing is more likely?

A: Casey told these people that if they did an affidavit they wouldn't have to go to court and face cross examination
B: This is an attempt to get these made up bullshit stories put into official legal documents so these types can continue to defame Vic?

With the latter, remember that unless I'm misunderstanding, court documents are privledged from defamation. I.e., if they could get these documents on the record, even if they're false and defamatory per se, IIRC they could just refer to them forever and be immune to defamation. "I didn't say he raped those women, the LEGAL RECORD when he was IN COURT over it did! *smug smug smug*"

Ditto why they were so desperate to get Nick to read them on air. "I didn't say that, I'm just quoting NICK REKIETA'S Youtube show. If you want to go after me for Defamation then you have to go after him, too. *SMUG SMUG SMUG*"

So I recently found myself looking solemnly into an alternate universe where the popular Gurren Lagann wasn't dubbed by Bandai but by ADV. It starred Josh Grelle as Simon (pronounced "sigh-man"), Brett Weaver as Kamina, Tiffany Grant as Yoko, was slated to have Luci Christian as Nia, and Viral was played by Vic Mignogna. Only five episodes were dubbed before it was canceled and the license pulled due to "contract disputes", and as you can tell, this dub's hard to find.

But with this shitshow going on, you can bet your ass that had Gurren Lagann remained with ADV, fanboys who've outed themselves as cucks/soyboys would've been burning their DVDs because Vic plays one of the most sympathetic characters with a bittersweet redemption arc in the show.

Iago has probably had his hand forced now that it's apparent if Ron or Monica fall now, he can't make an out for himself. The goal was the destruction of Vic's reputation, so the plan still seems to be "Destroy Vic at all costs" not knowing Ty can see the GayOps from a mile away and plan accordingly.

It's the old "Playing Tic Tac Toe while the opponent is playing 9th dimensional omnidirectional blindfolded reverse backgammon"

When people argue with idiot logic like that, the only thing you can do is turn it right back on them. Just find somewhere in the court document where it accuses Monica of lying (or something else) and ask, "Does this court document also prove that Monica lied then?" If they claim it doesn't, ask them to explain the difference between the two situations. Since they're already in bullshit illogic land you'll at best get some other piece of idiot logic that you can use to hang them with, but typically at this point they're going to quit the conversation because it's pretty obvious they have nothing.

To be completely fair, even if this happened and Vic saw her ass, there is so much ass there that it would be pretty hard to NOT look at it regardless of the direction his eyes were going.

But in all seriousness, I don't think Ms. Orca would be one of the five. Not only does she keep some cards to herself, as you said, but she definitely seems the type to command GayOps from the rear vs. the front-lines. She's better at conniving than executing, and then if something goes wrong, her flippers hands are still somewhat clean.

If this is the general constitution of these affidavits, they're even more sad than I thought. Affidavits are supposed to be statements of material fact, under oath. They're not to state your opinion of a man, unless that opinion is based entirely in fact. Stating your opinion of someone under oath is the most retarded shit I could think of.
