okay with the TCPA that has been filed we now know the funimation employee that Monica put through for Tammi Denbow is female and no longer works for the company so it least it narrows it down but now it is time for us to find this individual cause this was the one over a kiss.

Reeing about nepotism :story: Funimation literally exists today because their CEO's uncle worked for Toei and gave them Dragon Ball for very little. When they kicked out the leaf DBZ cast, Sabat hired his friends, people off the street and their friends.

I find it really intersting, that the whole investigation was done by a phone. At this point it's impossible to know what exactly Rial was telling them. Considering Soye's amnesia, Rial may do not recall that conversation as well. The whole investigation seems like huge pile of bullshit to me, but maybe I just hate all the women.

did Samantha inoue hart leave funimation? cause i don't think its the same person I am talking about. i think her and Monica were working to together but Monica was the mouthpiece for them both or she could be one of the 2 witnesses that was mentioned the TCPA

Not sure, someone mentionned the fat whale got cancer so might have left funi/work. Im not good at digging stuff up and apparently she locked down most of her social media stuff. Can anyone dig up info to confirm if she left funi? That would def seal the deal to confirm her. Or we can just wait until its revealed. The who and what was discussed in the funi investigation will eventually surface (atleast what remains that wasnt released already)

My first thought, rereading this after months, is that the appraisal of the investigation that she gives feels very, very scripted-- the specific appraisals are also very, very vague.

I'm not sure how these things are conducted in the workplace, but I don't know why she would be informed that her testimony matched what was documented-- like, at best, there's no value in doing so. And who's this "we" that combed through all this supposed information? Why would she be involved in such combing?

Finally, I'm in awe of the irony of the rationale she gives for not providing proof, given the fact that Casey is on a mission to dox everyone involved, regardless of allegiance.

Well, the HR person goes and asks questions about the event or events, the person gives their version of events. They then ask the other party about their version of events and may ask particular details about event(s). If things don't add up they go back to the previous party and ask follow-up questions or for more details that may have been omitted or not brought up originally. This can go back and forth sometimes and they try to draw a conclusion of events depending on behavior and how the testimony conflicts.
She shouldn't have been involved in the combing of information, that's a huge conflict of interest that shouldn't even need to be stated.
The other problem is that she stated it was Funi doing the investigation when it was a Sony exec that did it, a detail overlooked and something Monica confirmed early on when Nick revealed the jelly bean story.

I have a feeling that this whole investigation is going to be a really big sticking point of this case if it can get past TCPA. It seems there are a lot of misdoings here. Having parties that aren't agents of funimation involved in that investigation is bad, and potentially having parties that funimation claims aren't agents (Hamantha Inoue-Harteattack) and who claim to have been both a party to the investigation AND involved in carrying out said investigation, looks really really bad for funi. That second one, I believe, could be construed as actual malice. I certainly believe that that is reckless disregard for the truth.

okay by the looks of it I think I have a clear idea about who was involved in the investigation. Only assumption/speculations at best but it may piece some of it together.
the 2 fans story- possible suspects being Leah Rose and Kelly Onelani at Kawaiicon 2014
the 2 witnesses- Samantha Inoue Hart, Emmett Plant, Jennifer Lynn Hunt or Kaylyn Saucedo/Dickison
The jelly bean story is Monica thanks to Nick
the Kiss story remains a mystery but right we know they left funimation and was a female.

Not going to lie, if it's true that Vic is dating Chelsea Beard, that's the first thing he does that's weirding me out. She was born in '91. 28 and 56 is just a little too much for me. She also looks even younger than that. Do I think it makes him a predator or proves anything? Nah. But it's weird. I think it's weird when Shane does it so it's also weird when Vic does it. At least he's not talking about her blowjob skills.

After TCPA I thought that the things are starting to slow down a little bit. I was wrong. Now we got Rekieta involved into the lawsuit just because he is black. There is way too much stuff going on. I still have like three Nick's podcasts and threads are growing faster than I can read that. Stop, little pot, stop!
