Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
What we are seeing is the increasingly desperate attempts by a scamming jackass who doesn't know when to quit to weasel out of any consequences for his actions, and someone who is doing the world a service by showing just how vile victim culture can get when you so nakedly abuse the hell out of for your own twisted gain.
Someday they're gonna make a movie about this because you can't fucking make this stuff up. It will feature a very satisfying ending where JY gets stomped by a deus ex machina Monty Python foot on the steps of the BCHR tribunal.

I can confirm there is no bragging happening over in FB land. In fact, we have a new ailment instead.

As of 11:30ish AM JY was commenting on his own posts on FB, this was about 1:30pm. So somewhere in between was a hearing? Or did JY find a way to weasel out of it and get them to reschedule?

Hahaha. 2 strokes and yet his first priority is the internet.

When Morgane Oger brought someone to a human rights tribunal for misgendering, there was a gap of at least a month between the hearing and the judgment. I have no idea why they are so inefficient, but that's how it goes. There was no bragging from oger after his trial because he didn't know he had won yet. Sucks, but we are all gonna have to wait awhile to see what the tribunal rules.

Morgane also had a mountain of evidence against Bill Whatcott though, JY has nothing except "they hurt my feelingz"

The JY munchie saga is amazing for how much he's packing into a short time period. I mean, we've gone from diabetes and vague intersex claims to multiple strokes, brain tumors, passing out, ambulance calls, multiple suicide attempts, other cancers, paralysis, immobility, etc. over the course of what, a month?

I can't help but think there's not many places to go from here. Once you're a cancer and stroke and paralysis faker who goes around asking little girls for tampons in a tiara and ballgown, what is there left to do to get attention that you're not already doing? He won't even stick with one piece of fakery for a while to get more out of it.

Who is building the longer list: Yaniv and his munchie maladies or Rhys McKinnon and things for which he is an absolute and unquestionable expert?

Bullshit. Receipts or it didn’t happen.

Speaking of bigotry, when is someone dragging him into one of these fake courts to discuss his twice daily slams on migrants and minorities?
Because goddamn, I've seen /pol/ threads with more nuanced stances on non-native speakers and immigrants.

He'll never be in a position to deny services, employment, housing, etc to anyone on that basis though, because doing so would require him to actually contribute to society in some way by offering something to anyone.

HAHAHHAHAHAHA, That email is classic Yaniv! IDK about you but who has the PD saved in your phone? I'm sure law enforcement loves him. He starts calling at 6:30 am and goes all day.

@sixthwave this is gold. No one will complain for over posting.

Reminds me of Bob McKim who called his sheriff's department so much that they basically told him to fuck off. Imagine calling an emergency number like 911 to try and get them to trace someone behind 7 proxies because of an email.

No but they're just "mini-strokes" which are totally just as traumatic and dangerous as full-strokes but let you do whatever you want instead of ending up in the hospital for brain\vascular treatment.

We don't have Uber in BC.

Handydart is meant for little old men and women who can't get to their doctors appointments or to the grocery store. It's not meant to be used by grown ass potatoes who are faking illnesses.
Again with the completely bleeding the system of resources to suit themselves. Infuriating.
A welfare state exists for the benefit of those administrating the system and those with enough sense of entitlement and shamelessness to make full use of it's services, not for those with actual needs.

In my experience genuinely old and vulnerable people will often refuse to use the services provided to them, due to embarrassment or shame.

Also when the services in question are oversubscribed, if they're not careful the provider can often end up cutting back provision to the genuinely needy. Say the provider asks on the phone 'well do you really need this trip' an old person who's not been able to leave the house in weeks might think, 'well i'm not starving yet'. While if they ask someone like Yaniv that question, you can guess the response.

It's an issue that a lot of charities in different sectors have in the UK, where essentially they end up catering for complete shitbags. A good example in the UK was Kids Company, which instead of looking after vulnerable children was mainly focused on catering to criminal teenagers and young adults.

Anyway I can imagine a service like Handy Dart set up to help people with mobility issues maintain their independence, morphing into bussing fat litigious parasites to and from their court dates.
