Russ disqualifies himself for no other reason because of the fact he can't self-evaluate. Sure, in an important job, someone will check your work, but all jobs require the person doing them be able to catch at least some of their mistakes on their own. He can't do that because he can't admit he made a mistake.

Goes right back to the lack of self awareness which makes him an amazing cow, but a horrible person. He’ll never land a job outside of janitorial services and that’s not because of his inability to communicate. That can be overcome by someone with a better attitude. It’s because he’s a nightmare to deal with face to face. Not physically. I think most of us would be sympathetic and kind IF he was kind and affable. The only employment he’ll ever get is these night shifts when no one is around because he’s a menace and an asshole.

The attempted manipulation is not nearly as funny as the back-peddling when he gets called out on it. There is so little self awareness that when he finally reaches a moment of clarity he rejects it and makes himself more of a fool.

I have seen Jessica Cox speak actually, and she is a very engaging speaker.

I have seen her at the Amputee Coalition events and am amazed by her actually. Don’t know her or anything like that, but she comes across as someone you could have a few beers with. Down to earth despite her hella badass accomplishments.

I agree. He seems the type to simmer under the surface, but his crazy comes out behind the online veil. I can’t see him using a weapon of any kind. I like to think that his reputation is spreading, and keeps preceding him. Maybe Desirae didn't know who Russell Greer was when she set up the interview, but somebody else in the office did, filled her in on who and what he is, and said, "No fucking way we can hire him; cancel that shit."

However, it's more than likely that they had already interviewed a bunch of candidates whose resumés weren't dodgy trainwrecks, offered the job to somebody who was well-qualified for it, and thus didn't need to interview much less promising candidates such as Russell. Given the state of his resumé, I'm honestly surprised he managed to get an interview lined up in the first place.

Sometimes I wish Russhole would get his wish and the news would cover his story, just so Russ will see its not going to help him one iota. In fact, getting his "story" out to the masses will make his life worse. There is nothing relatable or sympathetic about his story. In fact, his "plights" are absolutely ridiculous and full of entitlement. If he thinks the "cyberbullying" is bad, just wait until normal, everyday people on the street start giving him shit for being a delusional, mentally ill halfwit and creep.
