But honestly I hope they are successful in both Texas and Minnesota, because a Nick deposition where they get jack shit at the end of a long legal battle just to get it is the most hilarious, and therefore best, outcome we could hope for.

Hey now nick has already put it on public that he will not resist a deposition and will actually fly to texas for one if they will drop the vic being a public figure stance on record. Probably would be the only real way to make him cooperate to some extent(even if he did get successfully ordered to be deposed, I get the feeling he would still make it a headache intentionally).

So now they gotta choose between a cheap way to depose nick and potentially get some information by giving up the public figure stance OR waste a bunch of money to maybe successfully depose him, but still being difficult within deposition.

Question is lemonfuhrer(we know you browse) is how much does nicks deposition mean to you?

Days aren't years, Edwards-- actually, strike that.

With Monica talking about how she's been complaining for "years" only for Denbow to come up and say that she only investigated one incident involving Rial that involved a jellybean, I don't think Edwards has been complaining at all, much less for whatever she considers "years".

All they have to do is agree Vic isn’t a public figure and Nick will not fight the deposition request.

No, we have a maliciously censored Vic depo designed to make him look bad by the Fuhrer. We don't actually have Vic's depo transcript. The Fuhrer removed any thing that would counter his narrative or make Vic look like a human.
