Weeb Wars / AnimeGate / #KickVic / #IStandWithVic / #vickicksback - General Discussion Thread

Soon as she posted about the tickle and mentioned in the deposition of vic. I knew she was next on the radar. Also I've been hearing we have yet to find kaylyn saucedo far as I know she lives in long beach California dunno about the rest.

Edit: speak of the devil lol
Right I have narrowed down to where they turns it's not long but Gardena California right near Compton. This a shot of Joshua Saucedo's facebook.
On that one letter that MarzGurl got, it says that she lives in Inglewood, California - but she has most parts of the address scratched out. Strangely enough, I find it confusing that her Twitter bio says that she lives in Long Beach, California. Inglewood is north of Long Beach while Gardena - which you found it in her husband's Facebook profile - is also north of Long Beach but is south of Inglewood.

She is a tough nut to crack if I do say so myself when it comes on trying get more info about her plus finding her actual yet current location via where she lives. We also have a thread about her, so that way you can share everything you got about her. Once we got everything we have, we'll have her on the Doxemon thread and have the OP thread about MarzGurl updated with complete information about her.

Fuck, we're back in this, huh? The weeb wars thread hasn't moved this fast in weeks. I barely have time to keep up with all this shit.

Tonite is where more of the fun happens when we see RonRon's deposition get lambasted over the internet for his moronic "IDINDUNUFFIN!" defense.

Not even OJ went that route...

I wonder what kind of deal MoRon has with these lawyers. They can't possibly have the money to drag this out. The gofundme just got a deluge of FUCK YOU money and it's going to keep happening every time a significant filing drops. You can't outlast Vic, fuckers! They're desperately grabbing at anything to hit Vic with that they're swinging at Nick now. Anyone with a brain would have settled by now. Spite ain't worth this.

Gonna have to catch the cliffnotes of that. Dammit, I really want to see these live.

Do we have a treat for you! Guess who has Ron's videotaped desposition?!

We all know that NikyRakets is gonna have to host that at Bitchute as Youtube will take that video down faster than posting a video saying "NiggerNaziNuthugger" once.

tfw when you see someone too lazy to look up who the owner is when it's easily known

And I'm sure he's charging people $300/hr to type in "nslookup www.kiwifarms.net"

who am i kidding, this ignorant turdsammich is using whatismyip.edu for his look ups.

Edwards' house looks about right. I'm still shocked that's what she's living in. My coworker is 23 and has a better house than her...Makes a helluva lot less too.

So many rapists, so few twitter lawyers...oh wait there's an over abundance. Funny all of these people are FAR more of a public figure than Vic ever has been or will be. From UnderAchiva Cohen's own thread....Vic is virtually unknown!

Vic was unknown by majority (and still is) until all the twitter lawyers started introducing his story to all of their followers. Maybe that's their plan....make him a household name
I knew the name Vic, and I could say he was in FMA. But I had no idea what he looked like. If you put him in a room with James Hong I could point out the movies he's been in and recognize him before Vic.

In the depo: Vic said he isn't aware of any VA who hold a higher celebrity than him... I honestly wouldn't consider most of them (Maybe Hamill) as "Voice Actors" just actors who have happened to do voices in a film or an episode or two on a show. So being vague in his response is pretty correct.

Does this strike anyone else as sad? Not as in pathetic, but legitimately sad? This guy thought these people were his friends. Look how he's goofing off with them. And now, a long time later they're calling him a rapist and all this horrible shit to ruin his life and stab him in the back. 'Tickle Rape', for fuck's sake.

It is sad, it's absolutely very sad, it's sad times we live in.

She already told her story in the I09 article. Anything feels like making stuff upView attachment 835025
These people see religion in black and white, that you have to follow the 10 commandments to the letter, not that it can be used as a tool to put you in a state of mind to better yourself as a person or a form of focus/meditation, they just look at a book and think "you follow the book or you arent a good boy christian" Vic can fuck all the people he wants, doesnt change the fact that his talks help people, especially if you know that one of your idols can lift your spirits through the same interests such as a religion you share, and i'v watched some of his sermons and he doesnt push any agenda, just live and love, thats why this kind of person will never see Vic in any good light, same goes for the others picking on him for religious beliefs. Sad.

The main arguments I see from Law Twatter , is that Ty's case is flimsy and that they don't have much in their filings. I don't remember all the filings since it has been a few months now.
Isn't it possible that BHBH haven't played all their cards yet ? Like a legal strategy , they would add / include evidence as soon the other defendants file TCPA's etc to counter them. ?
Considering leaks happening all over the place from Funimations investigations. There would be leaks happening to BHBH as well . Is something like that possible ?

Why? How would watching the worlds most Soy filled wonder repeat “I don’t remember” in a whiny passive aggressive voice 400x violate YouTube’s guidelines?

It doesn't. But I wouldn't put it past them that they might try to file a false copyright claim. Which might get the stream taken down.

Obviously, in the long run it's worse for them. But these people haven't shown a history of thinking long term.

Personally I've tried doxing myself, but I'm really no good at this internet thing. I never seem to find anything, and I doubt that's because of my stellar opsec. Oh well, at least I was never dumb enough to post literally everything on social media; I actually remembered those lessons I got as a small child about not posting personal information on the internet.

Texas is a “Notice Pleading State”. Which is unusual. All of Twitter Law is from “Fact Pleading” states it seems. Notice Pleading states only give the allegations in the initial filings, and the facts and evidence are laid out as you go along. Fact Pleading you plead your facts, not simply the allegations in your initial filings up front, trying to make as much of your case as you can. Fact Pleading is what most people are used to from media and tv. But that’s not Texas. All the Twitterati proclaiming the weakness of Ty’s case are viewing it through the filter of how they practice law. Which is not Texas. In Motion Pleading states you amend and expand as you go, and as questions are asked. You don’t put all your cards on the table initially.

Eh, it takes time to truly understand the ways of the Internet.

Have been thinking about the defendants talk about doxing on Kiwi Farms.

No offense, I have not seen an actual dox in this thread. There are compilations of basic public information about individuals, but very little that could actually be considered private - like medical, credit, major purchases, finances, voter file, etc. I realize 'broadcasting' details about someone is an element of the action but question whether that's really what's going on. There are some very boastful claims being tossed around and having an accurate picture of the speaker is important. This is the basics of opposition research, a starting point and not an end point.

Some of the people aligned with KickVic have access to campaign databases such as Catalyst, NGPVAN, and Nation Builder. These are political tools that combine voter file data with massive amounts of private information to create very detailed, practically invasive profiles about everyone in the US.

I was suspicious about the dox of Emspex. One feature of these campaign databases is, given a username, figure out who it could possibly belong to by checking name combos, previous email addresses, etc. Would not be surprised to learn this started with Jamie McGonnigal and it's the beginning of an escalation towards actual doxing from the KickVic side.

That would be hilarious. And I could see Soye trying it.
