Truth be told it's so pathetic I'm almost impressed. There are soccer moms at my gym that have more muscles mass than this man.

Texas is a notice pleading state which means that it is not necessary to include literally everything in your original petition (or even a substantial amount of it). Most facts relevant to the case are generated through discovery and brought forward at later dates.

Law Twitter knows this but are choosing to be purposefully obtuse to "dunk" on laypeople and act like obnoxious dildos in order to justify the hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt they accrued to get a nice little certificate that proved they actually did read the Terms of Service that comes with society.

So I just saw that somebody struck Bubba Fest's Facebook ad revenue. I'm just...livid. The South is racist? I know you SJW people come here and read posts, but let's be real here: if you're absolutely okay with that if not straight up cheering, you're a Nazi. I mean like an actual Nazi who went around grabbing Jews to torture them. I think we need to go back into history since that word is overused and misunderstood.

So we're back in Pre World War II Germany. The country is in shambles from the first World War and is looking for some type of salvation. This man who was sent to jail and wrote and absolutely radical book is leading this party to control the government. They have a very strong sense of pride and self to the point they believe they are above everyone. They basically would be patrolling the world if they won and conquered everything. And many of those people knew the godawful things they did. Why on God's earth world you do that? There's two reasons: fear or you don't think. You disobey the Nazis you were asking for a death sentence. Other people were just going through the phase doing their job not thinking about what the Jews or even citizens were feeling. Some people were absolutely proud of this. They were happy the "dirty Jews" were being purged. Is this starting to sound familiar?

What we're looking at is a largescale Stanford Prison Experiment. The SJWs are trying to be the officers trying to basically enforce everyone else to be mindless prisoners. Basically it's destroying people's morale enough to turn them into obedient beasts. It easily makes sense how Vic was absolutely burned and destroyed effortlessly if the Dub industry is this hostile of an environment (being competitive for non in-groups doesn't help either). How are they able to do this? For everyone reading, go a single week without social media. A bet a majority of you wouldn't even last a day without it. And that, my fellow Kiwis, is why we're in where we're in. But if you do go through a week, you'll realize you're a completely different person and snap out of this situation immediately.

Nick really is right when he says all these people are far from reality. They're so wrapped up in this that they believe this to be more important than it really is. Let's just take a step back a moment. Vic is just some guy who most of us didn't know he existed until this started or knew him as the guy who played Qrow. Funimation is just some random dub company who makes to be desired dubs usually which is why most of us prefer subs anyways. End of the day, it's either going to be a man able to keep doing what he loves or just some random MeToo people forget about in a month. Only reason we sit here today watching this unfold is due unbelievably corrupted most people invested in this are. These SJWs are absolutely bonkers and does it sure make great entertainment. Why spend 100 bucks on Funimation's crappy Dragon Ball Z collection set when you can invest it in legal defense to witness things so over the top, not even anime could replicate it. Keep on being you, SJWs. You are making mine and quite a number of other people's year.

Christ almighty this is stupid. What person in their right fucking mind would see anything in Bubba Con's advertisement or marketing that would associate it with being racist? It isn't fuckin' named "Bubba Con: Sponsored by the Klan - No Basketball Americans Allowed." Whoever at Facebook made the decision to do this is either a maliciously woke asshole or so lazy that they kicked Bubba Con's shit in as soon as some screechy complaints from cat ladies rolled in. Knowing the situation at Facebook I think it's more likely the former, but I won't discount the possibility of the latter. When the fuck is that ass-kicking Facebook is in dire need of?
