I'm a little behind on the whole Weeb Wars stuff, so how does Akiva Cohen tie into it? Is he a lawyer on the Kick Vic side of things, I assume?

He, along with law twitter, have been relentlessly A-logging Nick Rekieta for the past month or two. They REALLY don’t like lawyers who don’t have Ken White’s personal blessing.

Yep, he's a lolyer who chimed in. He looked at only one line from BHBH (Vic is neither a criminal nor a piece of shit, so stating that is defamatory) and decided the case is lost for Vic automatically thinking the entire suit was about someone calling Vic a piece of shit, not as a simple example of one of the many defamatory things that happened which caused Vic to lose his job. When corrected, he then admitted to not reading up on what's going on while refusing to change his stance.

Some Rooster Teeth goon brought in the collective autism of #LawTwitter and their inability to actually know what's going on. Insult Nick all you want, say he's a bad lawyer, but at least he's read every single court document regarding this case and is aware of their application to Texas law.

New to the whole Weeb Wars thing, so dont know entire history.

BUT, always check out the little info boxes on the main page cause I know if Null took the time to put something there, it had to be good. I was nicely surprised and glad he did it for this thread! I probably never would have seen it otherwise.

It is always so great to see a thread about someone who actually went to law school, obtained his degree and works for a law firm, show what a huge idiot and jackass he is in reality. Working in the legal profession, it amazes me how someone with a law degree can be so stupid to make the posts that he did. It is even funnier when they cry about it and stomp their feet. Like all the other asshats before him, and many after, he will try and do something about KF and fail miserably, which in turn will bring him more notoriety and more fodder for us to laugh at. It will be glorious to watch the unfolding play starring this idiot.

Assuming he does continue to trod this path towards the edge of a cliff he has no idea is there, I wonder how long before his firm starts getting the 1 star google reviews? Or for himself personally, memes start getting made or he starts getting trolled a bit? Cause the more he continues on this trajectory, the deeper he will get and this shit will undoubtedly start to happen as the thread grows and more people start coming to find it.
