OY VEY IT'S ANNUDUH SHOAH
I'm still holding out hope that Casey is letting the exceptional kids be exceptional while he works on picking up better clients for his new firm.Between LowT, Shekelberg, and lemonfuhrer, casey really needs to step up his game.
I still think a fat man with a large nose wearing a kippah is going to spray paint a very misshapen swastika on his garage. He's already committed to taking this into the real world. This, this will be the comeback.
wait they actually call themselves "lawtwitter"? How fucking exceptional of them.Apparently there was an entire community of smug douche bags who think law degrees make them smarter then everyone else. They call themselves "lawtwitter" and they are insufferable twats whose only goal is to get noticed by Senpai Ken White over at the popehat blog.
A man with a big nose pointed this out:
"Under 17 U.S.C. § 412, statutory damages are only available in the United States for works that were registered with the Copyright Office prior to infringement, or within three months of publication."
He's not registered the copyright and the alleged infringement has occurred, so either Akiva is incompetent as an IP attorney or was outright lying about his intent to get statutory damages. Without that, he has to show the alleged infringement caused him financial damages, either through direct damage or loss of profit.
i.e. retard alert
Why, to ask his employer why their IP lawyer is so bad at copyright law?I’m surprised no one has talked about his twitter bio yet:

If you want another lawtwitter exceptional individual, check out the Greg Douchette thread.New to the whole Weeb Wars thing, so dont know entire history.
BUT, always check out the little info boxes on the main page cause I know if Null took the time to put something there, it had to be good. I was nicely surprised and glad he did it for this thread! I probably never would have seen it otherwise.
It is always so great to see a thread about someone who actually went to law school, obtained his degree and works for a law firm, show what a huge idiot and jackass he is in reality. Working in the legal profession, it amazes me how someone with a law degree can be so stupid to make the posts that he did.
A fucking JETS fan. I see where the butt hurt comes from.
Maybe he means Bennie and the Jets. He's an IP lawyer. He is lying about that like he does everything else in his life. Everyone knows there is no such thing as a Jets fan
Lol it's obviously the former, these fucking superlawyers are such fucking idiots that just cause they have a law degree, they think anyone will believe the shit that comes out of their mouth.A man with a big nose pointed this out:
