Vic's under a lot of stress and anxiety. His voice is subdued (and you realise how much his really higher pitched thing is an act, his normal voice is rather manly).

Eye blinking also reveals a lot of stress in between questions. This is complete Night/Day of Toye/Vic, where Toye's eyeblinking continued non-stop during him talking. This slows down when he's talking.

Vic's eye movement is far more natural than Toye's. There's a lot of micromovement (got it on my big ass TV to see it) and his eyes move about far more naturally rather than holding his stare-at-all-costs for Toye

He's obviously irritated by a lot of Fuhrer's weird ass line of questioning. Especially over the reputation stuff where he actively frowns and puckers his lips a bit.

I can’t listen to this asshole for long.(apologies, incoming Alog) Which is embarrassing. I suffer similar vocal cord damage and speech problems. I know how much air he has to force to get the words out. I recognize the staggered breathing patterns while he is talking. I understand this. I do the same. But I sure as shit am not doing oral presentations like this anymore. I know what I sound like. My voice is sufficient to communicate what I need to communicate to function, more or less, with lots of “what? Speak up!” But something like teaching or litigation? Why the fuck would you do that? Lemondead may as well try to be an opera singer. 5 minutes in any jury has stopped listening to his arguments and is trying to Will their ears to shutdown to end the pain.
