I'm just going to make a ruling on this case right now, based on the depositions: Vic is going to win this case.
When you look at Vic's testimony, he comes off as being completely forthcoming and honest. He never deflects questions, doesn't use weasel words to answer. He comes off as having absolutely nothing to hide.
Contrast this with Ron Soye. This guy didn't give a straight answer to a single fucking question. He nitpicked the printing job on the pages of tweets as a means of deflecting from admitting that he wrote them. She was shifty and weaselly the entire time. He was extremely passive aggressive towards Ty, to the point where Ty had to call the judge.
If I was a jury member, I'd be ruling in favour of Vic. Hands down.
