They're way too focus on three "important" things: One, shit talking about other people that are ISWV and sometimes neutrals - especially us Kiwis - even their own people, two, planning on ruining other people's lives via doxxing and stalking, and three, conspiring on harming and killing somebody while doing stuff in reason #2. It's literally obvious. They have doing this shit since day one. So far they haven't killed someone yet.

Point 1 is critical to them. They need to make the ISWV "brand" toxic, in an attempt to arrest its growth. I don't really think it's succeeding. Note how a lot of their actions are trying to paint ISWV supporters as evil and "tainted" with misogyny and rape apologia that you shouldn't contaminate yourself with by associating with them.

It is telling that she thought her account of Tekko 2004 would be of any value. All that was alleged is that he faked a family emergency and they paid out of pocket for a plane ticket. Even if it were true, it's completely irrelevant to the current situation. Bringing up things that don't really matter like this and the missing projector just makes it look like she's got a personal grudge against him.

Even her story about Mari Ijima is completely not credible. For the most obvious reason Ms. Ijima has discounted the story many many times. She has decades of actual experience with Vic. Most disturbing is batshit crazy chick framed this story of Vic stalking some poor visiting Japanese seiu. Ms. Ijima lives and works in LA, is completely fluent in English, and dealing with Americans, and worked side by side with Vic on a number of projects before and after this. By all first hand accounts she is and remains on quite friendly terms with Vic. So why would any credibility be given to the deranged crazy chick volunteer con queen, with no personal relationship to either Mari or Vic, seeking to frame their interactions as a narrative?

I think it's funny that Contrarian made a twitter account in 2015 and then proceeded to either delete EVERYTHING before January 2019 where she was spazzing out about AOC and Trump, or she then used some other account/ignored twitter right up until then and posted a bunch of political stuff for a couple of weeks so she'd look 'legitimate' before she accused Vic.

It's also interesting that I just can't find any mention of Vic whatsoever on her SM before 2009. Even during that con she's complaining about in 2007, according to her own words she was stuck in rendering hell all weekend to the point where she got no sleep until the end of the con, which hardly sounds like she had time to worry about one of the guests who had nothing to do with AMVs disappearing. Also interesting how all of her SM history indicates that she's at best an AMV contest coordinator, but now when she references it, she pretends she was someone important. No one made you the bait girl for Vic, Jennifer, you were stashed away doing AMVs.

She must have been doing some trimming because I am ISWV via comicsgate, and I have had an intense hatred of her because of her anti-comicsgate tweets long before I knew who Vic even was. Of course I really mean I hated him, because I didn't know it was female until recently thanks to the Farms.

Interesting. She must have had conflicting tweets in there, then. waybackmachine is useless, as it only started crawling her in April for some reason, and she trimmed from 2015 to late Feb 2019. I still suspect she has or had an older account, though, because how could someone like her not have a twitter until 2015?

Carla Dalton, Chris Dalton, and Lindsay Wagner. One is a guy. Lindsay actually harassed me on Tumblr a while back, but nothing super serious. Chris was fired after he was found to be a registered sex offender, but I don’t know anything about how he ended up that way. They’re all nuts.

As dumb as it sounds, being in charge of the AMV contest was a pretty important position at anime cons in the late 2000's. Though that was mostly because few people has the combination of the know-how to run it, and the willingness to put in the hours for no pay only to have scads of whiny weebs complain about everything you did.

Which is to say, once you got in doing the job, you could be as much of a petty bitch as you wanted and people were probably going to put up with it since it was a pain in the ass to replace you.

At least, that's what I've heard from people I knew who've been involved in cons; I haven't been directly involved in con politics since the 90's.
