I am about 99% sure that it's Sara Bachmeyer.
According to her LinkedIN page, she left Funimation in 2018, right around the same time she left Facebook.
She was a subtitler at Funimation, and removed her photo from her LinkedIN Page, but she's more than just conventionally attractive, on her FB profile. She's now a makeup artist, in Texas. Also got keyholder at Morphe cosmetics.
Very interested to see, she has 0 endorsements from anyone at Funimation (where others in her field have at least 1, could mean that she had issues at Funimation)

The only quibble I have with that is that she's credited not as a translator, but as a subtitler. That's the more technical job where she you would place and time subs. Granted there's editing and proofreading involved, but it's distinct from a translator (Japanese -> English) and the writer (Literally translated English -> localized English) who do the heavy lifting.
The other explanation is that Vic was mistaken, or didn't know the difference between a translator and a subber.

I would hazard a guess with how Vic stumbled to name exactly what her title was that he probably didn't know exactly what it was called, just that she worked on his projects.
She is credited on several projects that he voiced (funnily enough, by Anime News Network)

Eh, my sister did some of the same stuff with her boys when they were little kids. But she also only did it once and it was for a valentines day photo and she just thought it was funny and cute to have her 2 and 5 month old boys dressed up like cherubs complete with showing off baby butt.
