Yeah, I noticed it too. Like, one of the accusers (can't remember the name, sorry) danced with Vic on-stage something like a decade ago when she was like 32 and it looked like she was really into him. Wonder what changed?
If it's the person you're thinking off, that would be Kara Edwards.

I'll have to find the dancing video, but here's another one. She clearly feared Vic. Look at her.

That was Kara Edwards, the one accusing him of tickle rape. I'm wondering if some of these women expected Vic would ditch Michele Specht for them and got bitter when he didn't. Elevate that to now finding out they were one of multiple women he had a fling with? The claws come out.

There's two dancing videos here: https://kiwifarms.net/threads/weeb-wars-animegate-kickvic-vickicksback.53670/page-1864#post-4974491

Once you pass that age of 30-35, all of a sudden age is important to 20-somethings. Even if you look like you could pass for 18, the stigma of being boned by a boomer is a great fear it seems.
Because nowadays they've decided that Age=Power, and a power imbalance=rape. It'll go out of fashion once a few people get held accountable and liable for trying to ruin some man's life over some sex (or God forbid a kiss) that they consented to years ago but have suddenly changed their mind about. I mean, obviously there will always be psycho bitches trying to ruin and kill men in this manner, but I imagine you'll see a noticeable drop in numbers. The question is how much damage have they done to women's ability to work with men, and the everyday interactions between men and women in general.

I do genuinely think we can come back from this, but it feels like we've been set back thirty years, so it's gonna take some time.

Exactly! They don't want to be judged for their sexual deviancy but they're more than happy to project deviancy unto other people. They hate that the fact that someone just possibly might not be the hateful degenerate they themselves are. Self hatred is at play here.
I don't think many of them are even that aware. They will just use whatever ammo is available against their enemies and it isn't seen by them as hypocritical because they pay lip service to post-modernist Calvinball philosophy. They have no core moral beliefs beyond "what benefits me=good, anything opposed to my whims=bad".

Might sound dumb of me, but I also want to draw attention to a lot of these activities happening while he was engaged. Their appearances, who he picked, etc. could be down to marriage fear. Not that he didn't love his fiance, but that he was about to actually live (what he considered) the rest of his life with one woman. So I could totally see him getting mixed signals from flirty girls, regardless of their plain appearances.

Just speculation and I could be completely off my rocker, but it's what I'm reading into it.

I hate to say it, but this is true. I've been a supporter of equality, and equal rights; I was originally skeptical years ago when people decried Feminism but, I am seeing how weaponised feminism has eroded the very foundation of today's society.

It wasn't enough to just be equal, the extreme side had to push for domination and this is what results

Lmao we've reached The Great War level of pages.

Seriously though, the entire ordeal smells like a set-up from the start. Obviously, there was jealousy from when Vic started earning some serious vagene. My guess is that when this ridiculous #MeToo movement and all this other shit started, they figured that they could use it to their advantage. Once Vic got under the spotlight once again (i.e. Broly), some rando that nobody cares about spreads some bullshit that they had fuel for. Unfortunately, we've stepped in to stop this shit, and all of a sudden, they're crying their ass off for their oh-so-easy scheme failing.

Take this with a grain of salt though, as I'm quite exhausted from irl things.

What I see is a lonely man who's afraid to commit. It's definitely a flaw of his, a serious one.

As for why? Who knows. He grew up without a father and had to have Captain Kirk as a male role model. His peers generally don't agree, if not outright detest, his religious beliefs, which seem to be a large part of his identity. Speaking of identity, while I'm sure there are plenty of people who like Vic Mignogna because he's Vic Mignogna, the majority of fans like him just beause he voices their favorite husbando. Which means they like Edward Elric/Uncle Qrow/Broly, not him. And this was all before he got stabbed in the back by people he considered friends.

As I read this over and realize the depositions we've been watching were immediately prior to Super World Con, I regret not spending more time talking to the guy at the con. Probably could've used a big ol hug.

There's a fun little flame war going on in the GameFAQs thread. People are fighting over whether or not it's okay to make fun of Lemoine's voice.
Kinda wish the ResetEra nutter didn't turn the thread into PULL-lite. Still funny that people are assblasted enough to defend Westniled.com.

I wonder if the ring on his finger actually got him more 'attention' than he was getting beforehand. I don't think any of the complaints that have stuck came from before he was engaged, have they?

The answer to that is and always will be yes.
He should be happy his voice spreads joy among the people.

I almost wish Nick didn't interrupt the deposition because I could listen to that harky voice all day and laugh. And oh hell yes it's okay to make fun of his voice. He's trying to pull shit on Vic to dig him into a trap.

Monica's alleged assault happened ~2008, which would be before he was engaged
I was waiting for her to be asked in her deposition if she ever had relations with Vic, but upon viewing pictures of her from that time period it appears she's always been fat, so seems unlikely

Pretty much my thoughts as well. I feel like the only real time he doesn't feel like he's alone is when he's talking to people who are also suffering their own versions of loneliness or worthlessness. I'm trying to be unbiased here but the more I see how he acts when in front of people, and when he's against people, the more I'm convinced he's definitely flawed (self-admitted) but not a monster who spends his days Terminator visioning little girls to eventually trap and force into sexual spots.

I see more misunderstandings that could be filed under embarrassing instead of malicious or ill-intended.

I wanted to see him at Galaxycon in my state, but it seems he's either pulled himself or was dropped by the convention. So I will either have to wait, or go out of my way (which is less likely to happen.) I don't even necessarily want to see him for his work, but to give him words of encouragement. Seems like he spends a lot of his time doing it for others, that maybe he could use some himself.

Robin Williams was seemingly fine his whole life, till the end - so you never know really.

I seem to recall there was a few before his engagement. The escort is one, and one of Monica's stories. Everything else so far has been mentioned during his engagement, and possibly during his marriage. Again, he's self-admitted to making mistakes but doesn't recount anything ever being non-consensual.

Michele Specht is pretty hot and she has a great figure. I don't think it was nerves. When Italian guys know that they're good looking, something happens, and they feel that god meant then to bang everything in sight instead of getting tied down.

This is not bringing up the fact that one of the Anti-Vic VAs was in cahoots with a nonprofit organization that has the stated goal of getting women animation jobs, but seems to want to fire all the men instead because "merit and hard work be damned". Again, it's more proof that knowledge of the "right people" is key in the world of work instead of hard work and merit, from what I'm seeing.

For a time in 2016 until mid 2017, I got a job at a nonprofit organization that focused on document destruction and electronic disassembly, despite the stated goal being "researching cerebral palsy".
The main work day consisted of two shifts on the two jobs, and those without a job for that part of the day staying in the break room or out at the building's side. There was paper sorting and shredding in one room, electronics disassembly and hard disk wiping in the other. The branch that I worked with also operated three thrift shops in or around Fairfield.
The work areas weren't outfitted for air conditioning, meaning the work rooms were about as stuffy as an Amazon centre. The break room usually had little to do as people were either waiting for work, or to be taken out on a trip in groups. It was "worker-wrangling", but with very few people needing to be "wrangled", thus meaning that most people there had more unnecessary stress.
There were people fed up with having to stay there when there was no jobs that day (which happened a lot). I don't think they're interested in changing that which lead to me voicing my concern originally about that organization and how they operated internally.
Then a few months into 2018, I got the boot for voicing valid questions about the organization's integrity. However, I would later be glad that I left.

After I received the boot, I started to dig through garbage pails in front of gas stations and stores in search of recyclables to clean out and sell back to Recology in my town. I used to do that biweekly (to a cool tune of around 40 smackers), but that the trips down to Recology became more frequent as I got a cart that had been made for me to do my work with. I store less that I did when I first started doing that, but I now make double what I did when I was working (that was $11.50 an hour for work that was decreasing) without any of the income tax holding.
Just for record, a full cart and a bag of plastics (I wait for the cans or glasses to fill before taking it in) can net me about 30 bucks (averaged) and takes about 3 days (at best) to a week (at worst) to fill.
