People with cranio-facial abnormalities are found in disproportionate numbers amongst pedophiles, rapists, murderers etc. I'm pretty sure if your genetics or environment have fucked your face, odds are your brain similarly fucked.

That's depressing - you can see the lividity starting in the facial region. Even if she was the worst person in the world, she didn't deserve to go like this.

I think she probably had a death wish, first for having anything to do with a robot, and second for going out of her way to taunt and humiliate him until he murdered her.
