Has anyone other than Liu confirmed his health? I would not be surprised if Liu just opens the door to a dark room where he is resting, assumes everything's all cool, then goes back to groom more kids or flirt with that demon guy. Or worse, she knows he is dead and is trying to play it off like it's normal. It sounds insane but seems entirely plausible in this saga. Liu has a real problem with taking responsibility, and I'd be surprised if she finally actually gained the ability to do so upon seeing a dead body. Don't forget that he has the blood pressure of an 80 year old man according to his self report of what doctors told him. If he isn't sleeping, isn't eating, is on SSRIs, indulges in alcohol consumption, is taking medication for his blood pressure, and he is also doing daily binges on whatever drugs Liu is feeding him (obtained from furries, so undoubtedly it is all shit-tier drugs that have been stored inside sweaty fur suits) then maybe he plans to "accidentally" kill himself rather than back-flip into a noose like we all originally thought.

Whether he actually is planning to off himself this way or not, the odds aren't in his favour if he is ingesting a heady cocktail of prescriptions, illegals, and alcohol. If you thought Ethan Ralph, owner and editor-in-chief of The Ralph Retort, was bad with his Maker's Mark and "aspirin" then what does that make Mumkey? Even if we are being generous here, he is at least having physical symptoms (not eating, not sleeping, chest pains, blood pressure), along with SSRIs and drinking (which you really don't want to mix, especially if you aren't eating).

I have a paperback copy that I bought and read when it first came out. I actually thought it was pretty good for being written by a guy in his early twenties. And I don’t mean that in a patronizing way, it’s actually pretty impressive for a first book, it’s the book he wrote for his English degree in college so his professors and stuff read and graded it and I believe he said he got a B+ on it. I always thought it was a pretty ballsy move of him to write a book about a school shooting for his college degree.
