What does "going along with it" even mean? To me, that implies things like her kissing back at the very least. Dunce thought it would be a good idea to share other peoples tweets mocking it, like the idiots that compare it to burglary or robbery. I'd say that yes, if you go along with it when a burglar comes to your house and asks to take your stuff without threatening you, and you hand it to him, then you aren't being stolen from.

Not objecting, not being forced by any means, and just "going along with it" is consent as far as the other side can tell. People can't read your mind, don't expect them to.

I've been wondering why people would legitimately support the narrative that Vic is guilty with VIDEO EVIDENCE showing that rial and soye lying. I could throw them all in the stupid bucket and be done with it of course, (and there is evidence that more then a few do subscribe to this,) but to underestimate someone is to open one's self to an beatdown later. I came up with one reason, though at best it is a theory, and an unsubstantiated one at that.

The majority of people don't care. More specifically, the majority of twitter users that follow the lawyers or the VA's don't really care about the issue. They see the person they are following talk about it, look at the one tweet they mention, then move on to whatever they were doing before hand. Throw in the block bot their fans typically employ and they its clear they won't get a full picture and aren't interested into looking for it. Look at the people who support them. Most of the time, you'll see a name once and they're giving catch all support/condemnation. If they reappear in multiple posts then they often have a reason to support them by either knowing them irl, (for example Marzgurl gets a lot of support from former CA crew who don't really look into the issue, they just support her. Same for other VA's supporting Rial, or Shane supporting Soye) or they are an active fan wanting their "senpai" to notice them.

This would explain why Law twitter is on KickVic's side. If the majority of twitter users are only glancing at the post of who they follow, then all they need to do is provide semi-legitimate statements that are difficult to deny in support and they get a tone of views. Technically, they could do this for either side, but the combined follower count of the major players of KickVic (Rial, Toye, Marchi, Funimation, Marzgurl, ANN, RT) is greater then the key players of ISWV. (Rekieta, Vic, Ty) Plus there is a lot of crossover for the later group as followers of Ty are likely to be following rekieta and so on, whereas not everyone following Marchi is gonna be following RT or Marzgurl. So they sided with the bigger numbers to increase their own.

I bet that once it becomes undeniable that Vic will win, they will say something along the lines of, "They could have beaten Vic, but their legal counsel was incompetent and let the 'easy win' go."
