- Donald Schulz is the guy that sperged out on Twitter because he heard Vic say something like "silence is consent" and thought it was godawful that someone could say something so misogynistic. The truth was, Donald Schulz was too much of a braindead jackass to grasp the meaning of Vic's statement, which referred to his recording of lines. In context, Vic basically said he was going to assume his reads were fine if no issue was raised to him, quoting a Greek phrase dating back to antiquity and Donald was too stupid to understand what he meant.

- Emmett Plant is the "Star Trek writer" that claimed to witness Vic grabbing a woman by either the hair or the back of her neck at BayouCon 2013. His account is one of the sworn affidavits being used by the opposite side. For some reason, he swore an affidavit, but there's no mention of the actual "victim" making a statement. You probably know of him, but I'm including him here because the next two names are relevant to his tale.

- Neysha Perry is Emmett Plant's girlfriend. She met him at the BayouCon 2013 event, which she attended as part of a female dance group called "Orion's Envy" that performed at the venue. According to Emmett's tumblr story, which was simultaneously the most sickening and the most autistic thing I've read this year, they basically got together out of a shared hate-boner of Vic. She presumably "witnessed" the event with Emmett.

- Dayna Price is the alleged "victim" of the BayouCon 2013 incident that Emmett Plant witnessed. She performed at the event with "Orion's Envy" and Emmett alleged that Vic either grabbed her by the hair or back of neck and hissed in her ear "like a cartoon snake" in front of him. Emmett claims the Orion's Envy gals were so uncomfortable and/or scared by Vic that they had a buddy system and that he proudly guarded them like a sheepdog from future run-ins with notorious sweetheart Vic Mignogna. Note that thus far, no statement has been made by her.

Now, this first portion would be more than convincing, if they hadn't already stated that all of his "assaults" and "preying on victims" was done in public. In front of fans. Even during panels and in the middle of autograph sessions where all eyes would be on them. It'd be pretty hard to convince a jury that "he yanked on my hair and stuck his tongue all the way into my ear and into the brain stem", when they've already made it clear he was apparently an "open secret in the community."

Well, there's a way they could overcome that problem, but it involves them admitting that they're absolute degenerates that aided and abetted a sexual predator for two decades.

...and I mean, they are absolute generates who have probably aided and abetted sexual predators for who knows how long, but, well... nobody would want to own up to that.

Honestly, Nick deciding to make a competition for the silliest name was a brilliant move. Gets those donations rolling in steady, and pisses off the opposition. And the more angry they get, the more ridiculously they screech on twitter. Which makes people want to come in and give a donation just to say shit about them on principal, because they're demanding that no one give any money OR say mean words. Which just makes the MoRons and CosThots and Lolyers REEEEEEEEE more. Because this case is very serious, but their behavior is a joke that should be mercilessly mocked.
