It is hilarious how the difference between Amber/Becky and Eric/Ricky can be seen from the moon.
The first couple is stewing in a toxic shock lake of their own shit and Ambers lies and manipulation, literally getting fatter and closer to death by the day while Eric and Ricky have taken visible steps towards bettering their wellbeing - both losing weight, seems like Ricky cut off Amber and Becky a long time ago, Eric goes to therapy and to the doctors on a regular basis like a reasonable person would and now new friends are starting to appear.
Amber will die and Becky will follow a week later from being browbeaten to submission for years and now not knowing what to do when Amber ISN'T screeching for Burger King.

What Eric says above was the original store slogan, but some savvy marketing consultant changed it to 'locally sourced and hand made', which fit on the sign better.
Watching an Eric vlog reminds me of studying King Lear in high school. Act I, Scene I is a microcosm of the entire play and a perfect distillation of Shakespeare's mastery of language.
The first few seconds of Eric's vlogs are also a microcosm of the entire thing, and a perfect distillation of Eric's prolix and tedious mumbling. It's a fractal image: to see a part of it is also to see the whole.

What's happening to Becks is a classic manipulative narcissist move. Hamber is isolating her from her family and friends. It's kind of sad until you remember that this 13 yo sped did this to herself. It's tough to see that you're being abused, but I imagine that Eric and Rickie do care enough about her to have at least tried to talk some sense into her. Eric is a vapid little fag with zero substance, but he loves Becks. We can all see that. I think getting new friends is a great thing for E and R and I think it also shows that they're distancing themselves a bit from the shit show.
Looking at pics from Eric's Hamber Stew vid, she looks fucking dead. Hamber, I mean. She looks fucking atrocious. I'd want to step away from a rotting carcass as well. I can't imagine letting myself be put in the situation that they have. I would have put the kibosh on it the first time the Binge Monster approached, but Becks gives no fucks about the fags who have been her friends and there for her for at least a decade. The only time Becky ever stood up to Amber was about moving. Amber hates Kentucky, but Becky refuses to leave her family. Now, Amber is too fat to go far and she resents Becky for not leaving when Amber was able to make the move. Funny thing about all that is 1) Amber is the only one to blame for growing too fat. Even if Becky enables it, Amber has always been grossly obese and as an adult, she chooses what goes in her mouth. 2) At one time, Becky said she'd be willing to move for Amber, but she wouldn't leave the state. If Becky meant that, Amber could have tried harder to get her to move just two hours away to be closer to The Cheesecake Factory and Target. Amber would have still been stuck in KY, but she'd be in an area that would make her happier. I guess Becky didn't mean it, though. 3) Amber always insists that she isn't dependent one anyone. It's her choice to live there because she "loves" Becky. If they broke up, it's the perfect time to leave the place she hates so much. Well, if she could, that is. At 600 pounds, with infections flying left and right, girlfriend offers aren't coming anymore. Amber is stuck in KY until she dies.

There is just no love at all between Becky and BigAL, just zero affection. It's obvious it's a relationship of convenience for them both. Becky acts as a caregiver to AL and our gorl ensures Becky doesn't have to go out and work.

Well Hamber could afford a live in nurse offer her 10k a month she claims to make..and move out of KY.
But that 10k a month has always been suspect. But she still is going to need a nurse to have a hope of surviving. Becky has no real idea on the medical concerns.

Completely agree, I believe truly that Becky is only out for what benefits her the most - this has been proven as you said by her cutting people off with no remorse for the favour of Amber's financial reward and should an argument break out in the fag shanty I truly think Becky would side with Amber. I've met "becky's" in real life and they have no remorse about ditching people for what benefits them, but when (not if) amber dies she won't hesitate to run back to Eric, Ricky, Rafe, Hannah and her family.
Of course others may have a different opinion but I'm just going on experience with people like Becky and the trend Becky has left in the time we've seen her.

I think Becky will get the shock of her life when she and Amber go kaput, and Eric chooses Amber over Becky(Because not only is Amber more useful to Eric, but I honestly think he and Amber have more chemistry together as bitchy friends than stick in the mud Becky does with anyone) Then Becky will find herself on the outside looking in and maybe she will realise what it feels like to be ditched.
