Nope, because they can't be fucked to use more effective or interesting comparisons. They wouldn't know what the Know-Nothing movement was if it bit them on the ass.
That would be a more interesting and relevant comparison compared to the KKK. The Know-Nothing movement was specifically against the new immigrants from Ireland and Germany in the mid 19th century. If the people who were part of this movement were asked if they knew anything about their involvement in the party, they would say they “don’t know anything”. Hence the nickname “Know Nothing”.

He's certainly a better Commander-In-Chief than Obama. There was a bit of a shift when he got in, lot of this forced transgendered acceptance shit was brought to a halt almost once Trump got in. I believe if we got 8 years of another liberal president the US military would become completely hallowed shell out of it's former self., unfortunately lot of the officers are liberal to all hell because of the colleges they often went to. Enlisted has a different attitude towards him. There is no room for political correctness and SJW policies in the military. Also some of us genuinely thought though that if Hillary got in we'd end up in a war quicker than with Trump.

Yeah because Panera, microbreweries, and Amazon delivered groceries are just the height of class am I right?
MovieBob tier pseudo-sophisticated Liberals are just the absolute worst.
Someone needs to tell these people that not everyone can afford to go to a Michelin-starred restaurant that serves fancy Italian food. Olive Garden is not the best out there when it comes to Italian food but for the average Joe it's the best that their money can buy and they happily enjoy it too.

I freaking swear, these arrogant idiots are truly a bunch of mindless bugmen and it really pisses me off to see these stupid fucks be all smug just because they drink their bland and shitty overpriced coffee from a Starbucks and shit.

Anyone's who gonna arrogantly look down on Olive Garden says worse things about them than it does Olive Garden.

Do Democrats have any new insults? This has been the 1000th time I’ve heard someone equate Trump with the KKK.

They also don't really get it.

When you're blue collar, going out for the night with the family, or maybe just with your wife, the atmosphere and the fact that everyone wants to eat there, is a huge deal. You aren't a Portlandia or SanFran bugman with no family. You're taking the wife, all three kids, and yourself, to someplace. You have to wrangle the kids into decent clothing, wait for your wife to get dressed, then go to the restaurant.

Sure, it's Olive Garden, or Red Lobster, or maybe the gook place down the road, but the food isn't the important thing, because you're not a Bugman "Foodie", you're a family out for dinner.

Like we keep saying, they don't human very well.

The couple of times I've been to Panera, I thought the food was just fine, but I've noticed there's definitely a disconnect between restaurant and customers in those places college libtards like to congregate to. Places like Olive Garden, Chili's, and even Applebee's have waiters who get you a table, take your order, and they come check up on you from time to time because that's their customer service. Panera and others like it just have you order food at the register or kiosk, then you sit yourself down, whether with other people or your laptop, and they'll bring the food to you, then you don't see them again. They act like robots, not people.

Also those places tend to have really crummy interior design (they look unfinished, like why is it classy to show off the air ducts and pipes and shit instead of a ceiling?), but the restaurants and mom-and-pop stands that have people working there look lived-in and have character in terms of theme or what they have on their walls. This of course does vary from place to place, but that's just something I've observed. Even if the food's good, if the atmosphere is cold and calculating, that's not exactly someplace to take the family. Quiet places are ideal for study, but when it comes to socializing, nah.

Restaurant elitism that oozes from these joyless "hipster" non-food critics just boggles the mind.

I’ll admit that some of the hipster restaurants can have good food, but for the price you pay at them, it usually isn’t as good. Restaurant elitism is a weird phenomenon in the US. It’s also funny because I’m sure there’s an overlap between the hipster restaurant elitist and the unabashed socialist.

This... is not true at all. There are a lot of ROTC units at super liberal colleges, but those are also the colleges where SJWs protest at the school for having it on campus. That doesn't exactly endear them to midshipmen and cadets.

You're having to get up at the buttcrack of dawn to PT, you can't do drugs, you have to wear a uniform, you have to stay shaven, you have to maintain a minimum GPA and if you fuck up in any way a Gunnery Sergeant or the Army/Air Force equivalent is standing by to make your life hell and a call from mommy won't do shit but make it worse. Not really the college lifestyle of a progressive. Oh and it's inherently patriotic which is anathema to the left.

So yeah, super liberal, not really. Some are still fucking pussies, yes. But super liberal, nah.

Just my experience, I can't speak for everyone obviously. Last few years under Trump I noticed a change but that could been coincidental with changing bases around the same time.

For bonus laughs, this was shared by vocally antisemitic Canadian troon Sophie Labelle.

I'm broadcasting my out of touch-ness and I *could* just Google it, but what the hell is a bugman?

Men with small lives? Small souls? Is it a reference?

"Joyless" indeed, and that's what it comes down to. To experience joy, you have to have a sense of wonder, gratitude, innocence. You have to be able to embrace the moment for itself, without intrusive thoughts of whether it's truly yours and whether you deserve it, or whether anyone thinks you're silly or stupid for enjoying this whatever-it-is. You have to be able to smile, and mean it.

The philosophies of the SJW and the mindset of the hipster do not allow any of those things--only cynicism, irony, and a mouth that can only form a smirk, a sneer, or a snarl.

Small lives, small souls, exist for nothing more than to consume with brand loyalty, living packed together in hives and following the demands and beliefs of their self-selected rulers.

To quote Urban Dictionary:

Bugman
A bugman is your typical big left leaning city dweller. He is usually obsessed with consumerism, lining up to purchase the newest iPhone or MacBook when it comes out, and using a smartwatch/smart home speaker for longer than the week after he bought it. Chances are he owns other throwaway smart gadgets as well. All his tastes in movies, music, expensive food, art, and more are determined by what review sites and blogs say.

Everything about his personality and life is not defined by who he is, but by what he buys and his consumerist tendencies. He'll be subscribed to at least one, maybe multiple subscription services, he'll happily use social media and upload all of his information to the cloud, and he'll gravitate towards things that seem "rational" and use big words.

In fact, their social media use defines a lot about who they are, as they try to get the most likes on social media bragging about their life and viewing the lives of others who do the same.

Yet there is something big missing about their life, something that can be seen in their face. Something that can be seen the minute you strip away all the consumerist choices and realize, there's nothing else. Their lives are empty, hollow, and all about serving corporations, until they die, and this is seen in their empty insectoid stare that implies they're dead inside, giving them the name bugmen.
