She also engaged in TI after being in direct contact with the defendants and defense team, and submitting said affidavit. Generally not a good look.

Imo. She may not have money but adding her to the party would 1. Burst her bubble on being able to freely run her mouth and 2. Make her no money, even less.

She'd have to get representation, which is costly for her, and then either fight- when there is absolutely proof on her interfering happily in one of Vic's contracts - or settle. Which Ty snd co. would expect a public apology of their behavior and disavowing their evidence-less claims to be part of any settlement. So either shame, bankruptcy, or both.

It isn't just money. This, just like Meyer's suit, are about the ability of people to work in their industry regardless of not towing political party lines. This suit has so many people who're not even that big of an anime fan but are tired of cancel culture and twitter outrage having the ability to ruin lives supporting it. It's not just money, it's people fighting against infestations of faux righteous idiots that are negatively affecting their communities and fandoms.

Riddle me this: how does she afford a 2500 dollars a month apartment if she is so poor and seemingly without a job? Shit I couldn't afford that and I theortically have a job.

Upside to suing: she might retain the services of Mike Dumbford or T Douchebag CPAP. That would be delightful.

It's very likely that she doesn't actually work and is on some kind of social assistance or disability. Very clearly doesn't have a job or any sense of responsibility

She isn't worth adding because Vic's money isn't infinite, that is what my point was. He needs to make some strategic choices to make all this worthwhile. A broke crazy person isn't worth it, IMO.

Some brave kiwi analyzed RBW's and this nut's posts and there were direct matches with the writing style and punctuation. No other suspects matched but the chin. Also the name itself could relate to being raised in foster care like our dear Ms. Hunt.

A crippling judgement against her to serve as a warning to others. Unless you make an example of one of these people they are just going to keep doing it. Like it or not he will have to sue one of these people into the dirt very publicly for even the hope of shutting these people down.

Scratch that. She needs to be dragged into the cleansing light of day to show what an unreliable wacko she is thus discrediting the whole movement and sued into the core of the earth.

What are the chances of the cons taking some sort of action? I see a lot about dragging her through Vic's lawsuit but couldn't the conventions themselves launch some sort of suit? I'm just thinking that might be interesting to see and I'm pretty sure it would get some decent coverage, if only for the lols.

There isn't much to gain and it'd only attract more eyes to the batshit claims being made. Courts can't compel speech so they can't force a retraction or apology, she has no money, her jawline might be worth studying for science and might be decent real estate if you relocate it to a beach but courts can't order amputations of any body part let alone over 99% of a person's body. It'd be a money sink and give her a bigger platform to shit talk. She's what people like to call judgement proof because she is so utterly worthless.
