Because people with “acshual” chronic illness don’t usually want to create chronic illness accounts. They’re either too sick to worry about posting on social media or they don’t want to be known only for/ focus on their illness?!

I definitey understand this and most the chronic illness pages that are legit are like parents running it for their kid that is sick or disabled I've noticed. A few are people who have family/ significant others helping them edit and post videos or pictures, even less do it on their own, but it's beyond crazy to me that it's so appealing to fake being sick that so many people are doing it and then backing each other up... In other cultures its basically "embarrassing" to be sick and even if you just have a cold or malaria you will hide it from everyone so you don't look weak. But on social media it's "here, look at how sick I am, I'm throwing up (purging) and losing weight (starving myself). The doctors even say my electrolytes are low and I'm anemic!! Must be gastroparesis (idiopathic gp is very rare and even diabetic gp isn't super common, but you know what can cause slow digestion? Anorexia nervosa and bullemia)"

I know we all have come to these conclusions but my mind is still just blown that all these fakers fool anyone...

I think she’s female biologically but I agree she has quite masculine features. Going deep in her timeline she used to have long hair and look a bit less in the middle and almost pretty in some photos

I can't use that one anymore either, I think when they updated the site so that reactions that you can't yet use like semper fi don't show up anymore until you can use them it got rid of the drink reaction for some people. This video (and the "I'm taking a break to stim in time with music in my wheelchair" video) are the most OTT things I've seen in a while around here (well, aside from the situation with Kelly allegedly removing a nerve from her own leg, but I digress -- that's a different subcategory). I've worked with a lot of people with autism in my professional life and not once had one that choreographed their stimming. It's like she's just flailing around, calling it some sort of speshel ballet, and throwing in the "oh by the way I'm stimming" thing for extra points. And she finds music to fit.

Maybe she needs a rabies vaccine.

The sad thing is, this is almost like a really shitty version of a method of communication called intensive interaction. During intensive interaction you mirror what the other person is doing and interact in that way. It can be a very rewarding way of interacting with somebody and engaging with them. You let the person take the lead.

Instead she's just flapping in his face and he's not engaging with it at all.

Hate it when these munchies involve their kids in their bullshit.
