Made an account for this because I was finally reading all of this thread and I kept seeing all he commissions that looked nothing like the characters Tea was supposed to draw and I was reminded of something some people I knew in a discord chat were talking about.


Here's the commission

Here's the character that was supposed to be drawn
They have an instagram, but they don't look like they are in the pastel goth community at all. They weren't in the discord chat I was in, so I don't know why they got the commission or when (I think it's pretty old, though), but I thought it was funny as shit seeing Tea being made to draw a lizard dude.

Why on earth would this person commission tearzah?! Just by looking at their instagram for a little bit and seeing their artwork and the ones you posted- they are running circles around her in terms of it being visually interesting and being experimental. Hell, it's a much welcomed breath of fresh air to see a lizard detective man compared to the countless nonbinary pastel goth ambiguously brown autistic soft boi birb that Tea is so fond of vomiting out.

There's no way that artist didn't commission Tea just for the sake of having Tea draw one of their OCs. Her art's a little all over the place, but the other paintings she's done of that character (whose name is Gerroson, apparently) are leagues above Tea's interpretation. Why else would someone shell out the money for a commission that's visibly worse than their own work other than having a popular name attached?

There's no way that artist didn't commission Tea just for the sake of having Tea draw one of their OCs. I checked their profile and they don't seem to follow Tearzah. They have other characters that would fit her style better, too, so part of me hopes that it was commissioned as a joke.

That or it's a regretful purchase since they don't seem to be a fan anymore.

In any case, it's so rough and off-model it's somehow dogshit even by Tea's usual standards. From the look of the eyes it might be an older commission when she was earlier in doing these chibis (unless I'm stupid), but her sheer laziness with simple chibis is... interesting.

Just to clarify for everyone, chaoticdrawing is really close with miss.chlover who really dislikes tea so it's safe to assume that the commission was done a long time ago.

Bit off topic but I want to bring this up: Alice from what I have read has got to be the shittiest cult leader. As in, how the fuck did anyone fall for it and how did he usurp Ezra's position as leader? If there is one thing that I know about cult leaders after doing a research paper on them for my college essay and watching videos is that the reason why so many cult leaders are so damn scary and able to get people to follow through with their evil and crazy beliefs/actions is that they are highly charismatic and charming. Even the most batshit ones, such as Charles Manson, are able to make people believe whatever crazy shit they believe in because they know how to make people do their bidding through manipulation and exploiting their followers' weaknesses and fears while the cult leaders prop themselves up as a paradigm of morality/enlightenment/whatever. This asshole that Tea made seem like he can't even manipulate himself into making him a sandwich.

edit: another thing, is it just me or does anyone else seem to notice that a lot of Tea's characters seem to be rather short? Any thoughts on why this maybe?

Not helped by the fact that for some unholy reason she gave him woman hips (or that I can just smell bad BO, fermented cheetos, and DIRTY CRAPPED BRIEFS just by looking at him). Only time I have ever seen a man with a pear shaped body it was because he was morbidly obese.
